  Don't go here. I go in and I order a sandwich and it asked me the normal questions for a hoggie, I ended up getting a bagel instead of a actual sandwich, the manger was rude and told me that's what I got and I went up to the cashier and told him it was wrong he went to the same manger and she said no I couldn't get a refund. I swear up and down what I got was a hoggie. And who doesn't have drinks besides hot drinks at 8 pm. This isnt the first time this has happened, I ended up throwing out the bagel shit. That shit looked disgusting like they didn't care and threw a bunch of stuff on a bagel. Save your self the time and the mentality and only go for the gas it's not worth a headache.

  Luz and alba weren’t the friendliest I ask for a hash brown as they were all out and they refused said breakfast had ended a minute ago ? Any other Wawa I have been to that didn’t have hash brown they happily made it bc it’s not a big deal smh

  The pumps are slow to process payment and slow to dispense gas. Not enough space between pumps. Old gas station that needs updates.

  The tall older black man cashier has an absolutely disgusting attitude. He literally yelled at me because items were ringing up the wrong price and I wanted him to fix it.
  
  He yelled at me saying I would be holding up the rest of his line, in an attempt to cause friction with me and the other customers.
  
  I no longer feel comfortable going to this Wawa without a man because of how aggressive he is. And now I see from other reviews, this is his nature

  Stopped in on the way to work and got a ham and egg omelet sandwich... and they forgot to put the egg on it. The ingredient is literally in the name of the sandwich, two different ways

  I almost die the chicken wrap was so bad I was in hospital for 8 hours I have vomiting ? I spend 23$ for 4 chicken wrap

  10/10 customer service. I had a habit of stopping here after church and getting a Strawberry Dr Pepper from the coke Machine Fountain they have in there. The really fancy one. One day I went to the register and the chick saw that all I had was an XL drink and she just said “Oh, Merry Christmas. You’re good to go,” and just let me walk out without paying. This was in the Spring.
  
  On a more serious note, this is an okay Wawa. Not the most taken care of on the inside. Looks a little dirty. Food ordered from behind the counter is iffy. My family has had no complaints, but I wouldn’t pick this Wawa over one that’s maybe more cleaner and has better facilities.
  
  Overall, very busy Wawa. Good drink fountain, when they got the syrup. The only real reason I go there. Finally, the workers sometimes don’t really care and ,just like with me, they just let you walk out with stuff sometimes. Not much a business practice, more so a charity I was afforded one lucky day.

  Three gas pumps were broken during the busier hours, and there was no way to ask for any help. I was almost late to an appointment due to it. Also, their food always makes me sick. No "bad" experiences come to mind when I consider going to Wawa, but it's not usually my first choice.

  This morning I stopped by store, when I reached register I was greeted with sincerity by the young man Nehemiah (not sure on spelling) he not only was very professional, but noticed my face and naturally while ringing up said positive words , reminded me even though its a rainy day its a beautiful one. You never know what another person is going through and just by his customer service , which I don't see often and as a manager who deals with customer service he really stood out and did a spectacular job! Also as busy as the store stays, its well lit, clean and organized, and I've never had issues. The food is good also!

  The old tall man at the till is super rude and unprofessional, won't even allow you to ask for something properly, shouted at me while I was asking him a question, really? You're not meant to work if that's how you treat customers.

  Whenever I don't have time to make myself breakfast in the morning before work, I sometimes stop by this Wawa to get something. I had gone on Monday and ordered an everything began with EXTRA cream cheese. What I got was disappointing; the amount of cream cheese on there could have maybe been considered light amount of cream cheese. Although I was disappointed, I decided to try again the. following day on Tuesday to see if it would be different. Same as the day before, I ordered extra cream cheese. Well, this is what I got. This is absolutely unacceptable. If there is no cream cheese or very little, just let the customer know. I was at loss for words. I don't think I will patron this Wawa again, as I have had other issues in the past with them.
