Literally the best customer service I have had in years. Needed to upgrade an older cable box to the newer 4k model and also upgrade the router. Chris was a pleasure to work with and I was out of the store in 10 minutes with both upgrades. They also gave me a new HDMI cable to ensure the 4k would work properly. By the time I got home, all the new equipment was activated and all I needed to do was plug it in. Their customer service rivals Apple at this store.

This store is so poorly managed it makes you want to call their automated phone service for help instead of dealing with the condescending attitudes of the misemployed staff who should be working at the DMV. They are in serious need of some fundamental customer service training.

Have been with this company almost 3 yrs in this apt and before i just switched apt from upstairs moved in in 2015 to downstairs. Before i lived in Alexandria va since 2001 til 2013 and i just had my internet cancelled they cant find my acct and now they are saying my address is inserviceable but mo one to speak to because i call the number it says sign in online to pay but it doesnt do anything except blink the screen.. they did not have an issue taking the money to pay my service that all of the sudden i have none

I was told by a person on chat that I could go into the store to resolve my issue. We had the unfortunate circumstance of getting some who was breathing air as their job. Took my payment but did nothing to resolve the issue. He told me to call; it's impossible to reach a person by phone. The store was helpless too.

Worst customer service EVER. No one held the door like they do at other Comcast so I had to put my things down and carry my equipment to the man all the way in the back. And he was on his phone so I had to wait for him to finish up to be helped. Crazy

Terrible customer service. My phone became a brick and was unable to charge no matter where I plugged it in. I take it to the store hoping something can be done. The guy working there says it could be dirt blocking it (which makes sense, it happened once before). He says they have a cleaning kit that can clear the way, but the Assistant Manager has it and she wasn't in...how does a phone store not have this sort of tool in the store?? the guy then suggests I go to Walmart or another place to see if the have such a kit, which I did and all the stores I went to; Walmart, Target, and Best Buy, either didn't have it or had no idea what I was talking about. I went back to the Xfinity and tell them what the other stores tell me and he says that in order for me to get anything resolved I need the person in charge of the contract to physically come in and bring ID, which is even more ridiculous because I got this new phone without them and everything was discussed over the phone to begin with. I'm aware the guy was just the salesman but they could have done SOMETHING to help me because now I'm without a phone for 3-4 days until a third party can fix it. My job is pretty much through that phone so I'm kind of screwed at this point

2 year great experience down the toilet! Go somewhere else if you can or DoNot set auto pay; Not Even 1 Star ! Stole my money despite contacting Customer Care and being reassured that the pending payment was cancelled and my card info has been deleted, since I cancelled my service a month before and shouldn't owe anything and never fell behind on my payments! After wishing me a good weekend and confirming everything is fine, Boom! charged on Tuesday without a text or email confirmation(sneaky) I went into the store same day and had to senselessly prove that I had the amount in the bank before the charge came through(refund requirement)what? You took it didn't you? Promised a refund in 48 hours by the rep and got an email that i don't need to do anything else and thanks for applying for a refund! It has been a week or two and some change! (Stupid!) Go somewhere else! I guess they purchased this review; Garbage absolute Trash Go somewhere else ??X Xfinity!

The store was well kept, clean, and the staff was very helpful. When my family and I visited their sales consultant Michael Jenkins helped us out, he was very informative. He took the time to answer ALL our questions and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand.

I applied for a plan so I could switch from my provider to Xfinity. My order was registered, but the next day my order was canceled due to the weakness of their system in recognizing my certificate. I called support many times. They are very weak and cannot handle a simple task.
