It’s a great place without outstanding service. I don’t have much experience buying jewelry. I have been there twice now. Lizette takes her time with explaining options and pointing out differences. She works with my budget. No upselling. She is like a partner. Exactly what I needed. I will always go back!!!!

We have been Zales customers for 35 years. Over the last five years I have had the pleasure of working with Lizette at the Potomac Mills Mall in Virginia. She is always pleasant and patient as I am usually a hard sell, her energy is like a shining star. If she's not there, I always make another trip. After losing my engagement ring, I was heartbroken and honestly just overwhelmed. It had been over a week, and I really needed to find something that felt right and fast. I called right at 11 when the store opened, and Cynthia picked up immediately. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and reassuring from the moment we started talking.
