“We left for vacation- towing a trailer Friday morning and the unexpected- happened. We had truck issues. We pulled over at a Pilot truck stop to see what was happening. Needed a Ford dealership and expert to look at our truck. I called Criswell - and Barbara our guardian angel answered the call. She made no promises but would do their best since we were traveling. We could not have been greeted with more kindness when we arrived. After lunch, Dennis the technician got to work and found a broken hose. The part was in stock and within 3 hours we were back at Pilot to pick up our trailer and back on the road. We were in an unfamiliar area - knew no one - but Barbara the service manager did all she could do put our minds at ease. Dennis - our technician helped save the day. We were treated so well and with so much care that I would drive to this dealership to purchase our next Ford without hesitation. The kindness that we were given was amazing and my husband and I cannot say enough good about Barbara who was our angel! Dennis - our humble thanks!Criswell - thank you!!!”
