“KP Auto is a junkyard and also a auto mechanic shop. I was a first time client last week and they fit me in right away. They fixed what I needed to get inspection. KP doesn’t do inspections, but they will get you ready. They were fair priced too. Did great work. I’m very happy with them and I will go back again soon.”

“Without a doubt the most helpful and wonderful staff I’ve ever met before. Out of town from Florida coming to Luray for a Wedding and my car broke down. Stranded 15 hours away from home was definitely hard. The Throttle Body on my vehicle had broken, and the closest replacement to it was in the store in Elkton. Mike who works at Advanced drove me 30 minutes down to the store after he got off work so I could get the part I needed. An absolutely fantastic fella who went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Another employee who helped me tremendously was John. John was out in the rain with me, pushing my car into the parking lot, to help get me taken care of. He was out there, in the rain, giving me advice and helping me with what I ought to do. Mike and John were Guardian Angels who helped get me back on the road and back home to Florida. If you ever need help with an auto part and some amazing customer service, this is the place to go. I cannot thank John and Mike enough for helping get me home, and those two employees are the absolute definition of what Customer Service and Advanced Auto Parts should be. Cannot recommend them and this store enough for all you need while in Luray!”

“Full disclosure , I am an Autozoner (store 1669). I was riding with a group of motorcycle riders from Fredericksburg to Luray. One of our riders had some issues with her bike restarting at one of the stops along the way. We thought maybe she needed a battery after a jumpstart. So we googled the nearest Autozone to get a replacement and this store was what we found. I’m biased of course because I think our store is the best, but the crew at this store proved that we all strive for customer satisfaction first! The ladies and gentlemen went above and beyond to get us back on the road and safely home. Turns out the issue wasn’t the battery but some wiring, but shout out to the Luray AutoZone.Sorry I didn’t get everyone’s name, but you know who you are. Saturday Oct 28??”

“Took my truck in to have the bumper straightened and they got it taken care of for me the next day. Very responsive and easy to deal with. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and did great work. Dropped the truck off the next morning and it was done that afternoon like they said. Paid out of pocket and the pricing was incredibly reasonable. “The restoration work is unbelievable. 1931 Flatbed delivery truck came out great. I was so impressed at how gorgeous every car in the garage looked. John is knowledgable and seems willing to do whatever it takes to make a customer happy. He also has a parts store online that I'm using often for the simple things, electrical fuses, radiator caps, etc. Prices are fair and definitely you can see John is not only a restorer but a collector that understands the needs of those that have a passion for the Model As. Glad I found this shop!”
