Jessica was so helpful, I came in for a quick grab I just needed a hotspot because my other one used all data and I couldn’t add more to it. She was so knowledgeable with the product and how she explained how to use it. I know her team must be happy to have her, she’s definitely a super star and deserves a raise. Jessica Z was super helpful for me yesterday when I reactivated my phone, got a second phone purchased for my brother, and got it activated as well. She was both professional and down to earth/relatable at the same time and was willing to work with us on everything. Thank you Jessica Z!

Absolutely straight trash. Boost Mobile is not for customer's. Only money. Place needs to be shut down permanently. Sales reps are horrible as well. Take your business elsewhere you won't be disappointed if you do. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE...

Crystal at the Woodstock Boost store was AWESOME!! She hooked me up with a new phone and got everything transferred over within 20 mins. Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and made this task so enjoyable. I highly recommend Crystal!!Thank you sooo much.

I used to be t mobile. I came in boost to make a payment for someone. Amy is wonderful...she is very knowledgeable in her job.. that day I switched over to boost and so far I'm pleased. Thanks you Amy for all your help!

When I walked into Boost mobile I was already in a bad mood and I had already had my mind made up that I was leaving Boost mobile and I was going to let them have it... Well needless to say I was amazed when I left the store, not only did I stay a Boost customer but I had decided to add another line to my account, Amy listened to me and let me vent all my frustrations, not once did she interrupt or make me feel like she didn't care. That young lady apologized for my frustrations and asked if I would at least give her the opportunity to look into some things and the chance to make it right. Come to find out it was problems on both ends, by the end of my visit we were both laughing at how mad I was when I walked through the door

The book bag and 100$ gift we was what a lie or gave to people you all know hum when a child wins and only gets a Bookbag and not the gift card messed isn't it considering it's on the web page bookbag and the 100$gift card it's sad really it's so you post 1 thing do something Different youShould be ashamed of your each worker had a different story wow i hope karma is that with the people that work at the Woodstock store in va false advertisement you wawant to make a lot of people want to go to any other phone any where but there have a blessed night

Terrible. Never answers phone. When they do nobody speaks. Customer service is ranked a 0. Absolutely terrible..... Please fire everyone in this store and start over. PLEASE!!! Still Trash. Changing things up on customers without notice. Please go to another company other than Boost. Strictly GARBAGE AT BOOST... Representatives do absolutely nothing to help. Again TRASH FROM TOP TO BOTTOM!!!!?

Terrible customer service and the manager is very rude and threatening a customer saying, "I know when to pick my fights," is so uncalled for and unprofessional. I personally think Boost need to train their stores better and have people who know what they're talking about. Definitely won't be going back here again.

I walked into Boost mobile and there was only one person working and about 4 customers. The lady working greeted me and let me know about the possible wait. I was fine with that as I understand today's climate. The rep asked Me numerous times if I was ok. When it became my turn she let me know her name was Melissa and the other person working was on lunch or something. Though they didn't have what I was looking for I was impressed with Melissa's customer service. She went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend going to Boost Mobile in Woodstock. I would also like to add that Melissa goes above and beyond for her community as well.
