“I am in shock with how well we were taken care of at Shenandoah mutual after our house flooded. They were there within hours of it flooding, had a plan and contacts lined up and got started tearing out drywall so our house didn’t mold. They dried out our basement in no time and actually reimbursed us for items that were damaged by the water- building supplies, furniture, etc. the flood was so upsetting but wow were we taken care of by our insurance company. We heard of a lot of others in our area affected by the flooding that received no help or reimbursements from their insurance companies.
