Went to lowes and bought mulch like wa always have. Absolute Junk. No help to load it. Corporate won't answer my questions. We got bottles, rocks and sticks out of the bags. StaGreen mulch is absolute trash.

I've been to many Lowe's stores and most of them you wind up with the same experience where there is no customer service to speak of. This store, it took me only a couple of minutes to find someone to assist me with measuring and cutting some wire. He was quick helpful and knowledgeable

I have never seen anything like it. I could swear that there are more employees than people shopping, but yet you have to find someone to help you. I guess I am just spoiled from HD. They are just always asking if you need help. I went to the counter and 2 employees just looked up like I should be just standing there. I wanted to say no I don't want anything I just thought I would stand here looking at you two . So after 3 employees and still no help. Finally we just got a cart and checked ourselves out. I guess customer service is long gone, replaced by what you get today. I really want a HD I'd never be here ever . Unbelievable stopped to look at my phone and some employee came up to the truck and wanted me to move because I was over next to the mulch. He asked if I could move because he had customers coming in. I have NEVER SEEN THIS PLACE THAT BUSY !!! PLUS If someone pulled up behind me I would have moved. This place should have a negative -3 !!! Honestly I wish they would put in a Home Depot instead of the crap !!!

Good luck in finding someone to load mulch or other products in gardening. Plan on waiting for a while.
Today no one showed up so I just loaded my purchase alone.
They used to have a robust staff—not anymore

Was bounced around from employee to employees. Each person informed me it wasn't their department. Waited 10-15m for an associate who never came. After 45 minutes, I finally discovered the part wasn't a part they kept in stock. Such a waist of time. So unhelpful

The woman in the paint section doesn’t know how to match paint or mix it been beat out of 2 expensive cans for her mistake and just went in today a gothic lady with nose ring watched me stack several different storage bins in my cart and I had enough respect put the lids and containers where they belonged on the shelf and she asked me to open my storage bins to make sure I wasn’t stealing I just laughed at her and showed her I spent several thousands of dollars and not taking that level of disrespect going somewhere else to shop from now on if they’re so concerned with theft they should make away with self checkout’s and have more actual cashiers on duty

Chris is always polite and friendly, great store MG, Bob and Stephen are awesome too. Just wish I had more room to walk to my car and less mowers there. Steve in buildings rocks and is my guy for doors. Great small town store. Less, handicap parking please and more regular parking spots for everyday customers I feel like I have to walk 300 ft before I can even walk into the store.. thanks guys
