I think because it is a consignment shop, the prices were outrageous. A lot of items had more than a new item of the exact thing. For instance, there were some little owls that are lawn and garden, and the price was $3 each, I literally have the exact ones from the Dollar General for a $1!.00! And they have the tiny condiment containers for $4.99 ---$4.99!! For ONE! A whole set of bowls with condiment containers is that price. The clothes were nothing special, and the prices were almost as much as Wal-Mart (in some cases, higher). These items are donated, and unless antique or rare, why in the world would you price used clothes and other items at such ridiculous prices?!?!Needless to say, we won't be returning. And I realize that my opinion is just that, my opinion but I shop at thrift stores weekly in Winchester and typically buy something every single time. 2 complete outfits do not total what one piece of clothing costs here.Again, my opinion. And it could be because it is part consignment shop, but it makes zero sense to me.

Sucks I have to give a star at all!! Guess they don't see many non white ppl cause they sure did stare when I walked in.My significant other walked in after me he is their shade of color and and they greeted him with a smile. That changed once they saw we were together. Following and watching us.The smell in there was sickening. I chalk that up to the nasty ppl working in there.

I recently dropped off several boxes and huge bags of clothes including two designer handbags and a Filofax binder. Must have been over fifty items. Currently there are only 19 items listed. The handbags which were in good condition apparently didnt make the cut as they are not listed. The Filofax binder which retails for over $100 was sold for $4! This is the second time I’ve given this place items to sell. I’m wondering if the employees help themselves to the good stuff and never even try to sell them! Ridiculous. Shame on me for going back to this place. Next time I have items to sell I will go to a different business. I just get a bad vibe about this place. Seems less than honest.

If you get rewards discounts they forget to give it to you and refuse to make it right and offer to honor it next time after making a large purchase. I'll have to think twice before returning to this store and the manager could care less whether they lost a customer or not I feel like a loyal customer should be appreciated.and they should honor the deal they made.

Large selection. Everyone is very helpful. Prices are a little all over the place, since some things are consignment, and some are thrift. There's always a sale, so that is helpful!

Overpriced items. Employee stared at me awkwardly and followed me around while I was searching for a tea set and cordial glasses. Super uncomfortable and downright rude, I ended up just walking out with nothing as she continued to smile weirdly and stare at me. Past shopping experiences were better but doubt I will ever go back after this bizarre experience.

High end used clothing all in good condition! A little bit of everything! The only thing I didn't like was they wanted to run you out of the store before close and it made my visit rushed
