Three years ago, T-Mobile took over for Sprint. We live in Fort Valley, VA and have nothing but issues with T-Mobile. They will lie to your face, have you spend money with an assurance, that a new phone will fix problems, or upgrades to your equipment will fix problems. All of which is NOT true. The problem is their tower is not working in Fort Valley.Their latest excuse is they cannot access accounts due to a billing issue. If you were a Sprint customer, they cannot see anything on your account. (But they can still take your money!!!)Fact is, they want your money. And you pay for a service you ARE NOT provided and only get lip service when you call for a resolution.

Customer service is TOP NOTCH. WHICH IS THE PROBLEM. I was lied to. I was promised great service. I got a deal. I have magenta plan. It was great for a month. NOW MY SERVICE GOES IN AND OUT. I CAN BARELY CALL OUT HALF THE TIME AND MY SERVICE SLOWS DOWNS. :'( My internet is SHIZZZ. i HATE IT. I am now trapped in two years with this terrible service.

They completely bought out spring and now my internet will connect but won’t work and I called and now I have to PAY EXTRA for the same stuff I had before DONT recommend sprint smh

As soon as I entered, the store I was greeted, and my name was taken. The people that came in right behind me were greeted by the same person and helped right away. As I waited, more customers came in after me and were greeted by someone else and helped right away. As I was about to inquire why others are helped who came on after me, the person that greeted us came back to help us. Two customers after me were being helped before me. They were able to help me with a simple change of devices, but their customer service not so good. 45 minutes to swap devices.

I wanted to cancel my plan with T-Mobile. The CHAT person, after a lengthy chat, referred me to a Tech Specialist, and after a lengthy chat, referred me to Engineer Specialist. I wanted only to cancel my plan. They never never acknowledged that. I have a copy of that transcript. This company is not transparent nor helpful.

Danny at this location was very nice and extremely helpful!! I needed a new screen protector, and he let me know that I could get it for free if I had insurance on my phone. After that, he found the item for me, and he put the screen protector on my phone. Best experience I’ve had with T-Mobile! Great work!

I used to hear such wonderful things about T-mobile before they bought out Sprint. Great customer service, great plan pricing, the works. All that seems to have changed. The only provider we had in Woodstock was Sprint, which was just a licensing agreement with Shentel. When T-mobile took over, all the locals were looking forward to it as Sprint was lackluster yet tolerable but we were hoping for improvement. Customer service is crap. Doesn't matter if there's two people ahead of you or ten people; you're going to be waiting for at least a few hours. The reps have even less sense of urgency than the DMV at lunch time. Call quality has really gone downhill. Even standing outside in direct view of a tower won't stop your call from breaking up or dropping completely. Even though they're the only carrier in the area (unless you count Cricket Wireless on the north end of town), do your research before settling on T-mobile. I just cannot recommend them.

Love that I have a local place to go and ask questions or get tech support. They are very knowledgeable about the phone and always seem to fix any problems that I might have. Thanks staff at T-mobile!

Good ole t mobile still lying about it’s service. Was at Taco Bell in Woodstock full LTE can’t even send a basic iMessage to my friend or send out snaps. This is what happens when companies pay corruption money to political figures then call it lobbying.

This is more about the company in general. T-Mobile is not impressing me with their network. It's terrible. Since T-Mobile bought out Sprint I have never had so many network problems in my life. Constantly dropping calls and in and out of service. Step it up T-Mobile. Or bring back Sprint.
