“High Meadows is a beautiful town house community in Wytheville, VA. The management go above & beyond to make sure all tenants needs are met and do so in a timely manner. The homes are brick, beautiful and spacious with large closets and a lot of windows. All units have front and back doors as well as patio areas. Parking lots are spacious and clean. There is also the convenience of dumpsters in both areas for easy disposal. If you have the privilege to become a tenant at High Meadows you will never want to move. I have always felt safe where I live and comfortable with my neighbors and the management team. People who are leaving less than 5 STARS have clearly never resided at High Meadows, so their opinions should be irrelevant.”
“Rent was $800 for 2 bedroom 1 bathroom for 1 year lease then went to $850 if you signed month to month. I was in dental hygiene school for two years there at the local college and this apartment was excellent for my needs. There is a mold problem going on but they do seem to be working on it. Free dump, and water is paid with rent. You have to pay for your own electricity and WiFi. Rent was able to be paid online. Great experience overall.”
