“Fantastic work. After a front end collision my Volkswagen's front fender was crumpled up and just looked sad. Homer brought the car back to me looking like it had never even been hit! “Dropped my car off on august the 28th 2023. The process started a little bumpy. Was informed that they were down several techs and short handed. Was told there would be more techs hired and would work to get the vehicle done by a set date as I had to leave to go out of town. Several phone calls not returned and multiple delays at first. Then i started speaking with a gentlemen named Chris. Chris introduced himself as the new manager and promised to have my car to me by said date. Chris went above and beyond to make sure that I was up to date on all the good and the bad. Once Chris was handed my file and took my phone call the service was absolutely amazing. He was very informative and had my vehicle returned by October 13. 2023. This does seem like quite some time, but given they were short staffed I feel as if they handled this like champs. Would definitely recommend you talk to Chris for all your body shop and repair needs. Hopefully I won’t have to return any time soon but if so, definitely look forward to working with Chris and the Bob huff team again.”

“Our brake calipers froze up on a Saturday afternoon,all mechanic shops were closed. We were on the way to Ohio from NC. Had no choice but to fix ourselves. The employees were so nice and helpful, loaned us tools. Was back on the road in about an hour and a half. Thank you again”

“We had a breakdown the week before Thanksgiving. Our Freightliner Cascadia had the clutch go out. They did a great complete service at a reasonable price. We had to get our truck towed into their shop and everything was professional. They offer road service, towing, and a service shop. They did the repairs in a timely manner as they had told us. We are based out of South Carolina and a breakdown over the road is never easy. We had a good experience with this shop. I would highly recommend this shop.”
“In and out in under an hour for a tire patch. Danny was fantastic he helped us out and kept us updated the whole time. As for the mechanic’s…more work less play. One in particular was on his phone 24/7. They were backed up a little and I can’t help but wonder was it because he was on his phone and not working?”
