“The young man who made sure our car was immaculate, and even came to check on us and see if we were doing okay cleaning the inside went beyond what an employee is called to do. We got home to discover we had accidentally thrown away some important items in a tied grocery bag which are vital for my husband, and that gentleman (I didn't catch his name) went through ALL the trash to find it for us. I rushed back to get the items before closing, and I just have to say, he was as pleasant as could be about the entire ordeal. Kind, courteous, positive, and thorough. A huge blessing in a world where people are so unkind. And my car looks cleaner than the day I bought it. Thank you so much, Sir. You deserve a raise.”
