Had the same problem with my CVS in Plymouth ma this CVS is a 24 hour hour but what they did was put in a pharmacy recorded line and they would text you and call you back in under 1 hour with an answer and it's great 👍

I love to leave positive reviews, but every time I come to this CVS there are issues. I’ve been behind on my testosterone for a month because of these issues. They either don’t have needles in stock (which I understand), or when they do have needles and syringes, they are the wrong sizes and they either don’t notice, or they don’t care. These have been issues over the course of at least two months. I didn’t want to make a fuss, so I used the smaller needles, but now even the syringes are the wrong size. I really genuinely don’t want to seem like a Karen, but I am so frustrated because I should be a month ahead of where I am now. I’m swapping pharmacies tomorrow. I can’t handle CVS any more.

I recently moved into the area from Christiansburg. We thought getting a drug store at least as good as we had in CB would be hard but this CVS is the best. Quick, friendly, and they pay attention to details. I'm so glad we listened to a friend and ignored the bad reviews.

I have to say talent like I was in a commercial. I had asked chance (the employee) for a device and he walked me to it as I was gathering myself as to what i was looking for was, as we walked back and when we arrived I looked at a few before the brand hit me and bam he found it without offering a different brand from it. That was commercial ready performance lol

Good luck getting past that stupid recording. I’ve never hated a pharmacy so much as I do this company. I can’t take my much needed medication because it was sent to the wrong cvs and the recording didn’t understand. I t was impossible to to get to a live person. I did NOT need this haste when I’m so sick and I will NEVER use cvs again!

Cvs in Wytheville there pharmacy sucks going to have my dr transfer to walgreens.today they said they don't know when it will open back up .we never had any problems when counts was here
