The salesman was very nice and polite very friendly everything went smoothly. I had another car loan from a previous total loss claim but that was explained and that didn’t cause a problem. I would definitely recommend New Direct and Greg.

So I did like this place but. Call make appointment Monday 9am ok. Get there check in wait for my vehicle. Was getting oil change and sticker. 10:00 am finally goes in after waiting an hour. 11:15 car comes out they park it. Still waiting go outside. Finally 11:40 comes out. Oh your car is all set. I payed and left 11:45. Never came out with air filter they use to take it out show you or at least tell you it’s all good. Nothing didn’t even reset my oil I did it myself. So why make an appointment if I’m just gonna sit there for almost three hours never told anything. Except your cars done. If your mechanics don’t like there job or can’t handle it then find a new job. Will not get anymore of my business. People are ignorant.
