Don't buy a vehicle from here. They are quick to offer you a deal and promise to fix everything on your new vehicle at no charge but then after you purchase it they tell you they can't help you and you have to pay for it yourself. Very unprofessional, we would have picked a whole different car if they were half way honest to start with.

We wanted to use a locally owned business for warranty work on our Jeep. Coming here was a really bad mistake. The work we asked for was NOT done and other diagnostic procedures were done which we did not want, nor need! By the way we were told to come pick up the vehicle and no paperwork was needed, since the work was not done. When we arrived there was paperwork along with a bill! We paid under protest and after talking with the manager the next day it was refunded. The entire experience was awful.

I was please with the service and people when I met in person, was little frustrating when calling to set up the appointment being in hold for what felt like 15 minutes in two different occurrences.Took 2 months to get the parts and three weeks to schedule my work, I dropped off vehicle day before and called late next evening to be told the tech need another day to complete. The remaining of that week I would get silenced calls to my voice mail stating they needed another day. Friday afternoon was told it would be Monday and my truck was on the lift and I assume it was elevated all weekend which I’m not pleased with. Monday around 11am I got another silences call to voice mail stating the tech called in sick and wouldn’t be ready again. After a lengthy time on hold I spoke to a very nice lady Ashley who said the tech just got there and my truck was still on his lift so it was his main priority. She called back at 5pm saying it was ready and Tim would be there till 5:30 so I could come get it. Truck is doing fine but the whole entire process and communication left me with a bad experience. I hope this feedback will be used to improve and not used to discipline the employees involved

Was charged for service without contacting me to discuss how much the cost would be on some warranty work, a half a day job took a day and a half and was charged for the extra labor, even though they saw my truck two months before to diagnose the issue! Will never use them again complete ripoff

I had a good experience here yesterday. I took my Promaster van in for an oil change and cooling system flush. The service advisor, Ashley, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. The wait time, close to three hours, was somewhat longer than I expected, but that's OK. I had nowhere else to go. I will return here for future service needs.

If we were to buy another Chrysler/Dodge/Ram vehicle in Virginia, we would purchase it from them.Update: when I initially wrote this we where under duress our vehicle blew a water pump and was towed to a shop near buy. We walked in to pay cash for a used vehicle. Apparently only one person can do EFT’s and they left while we where doing paperwork. We where forced to finance the vehicle. The finance person in 5 minutes lowered my credit score 50 points.Now 2 months later and we are still dealing with registering our vehicle and getting plates. They failed to send the right amount sales tax for the state of Louisiana and now we are having to go take care of this mess with our local DMV in person.They are probably great with local sales but not so great with interstate sales

They're nice enough but are very bad mechanics. They kept my car for 2 months just so that a month after I get my car back I can break down from the same exact issues. This has happened twice with this garage now

This is the worst place to go to . The current complaint is, took a month to get a appointment, after the parts got there . Then a day or two before appointment I call to confirm, they don't have it down , not sure what I'm even talking about. After 20 minutes on phone, I call the technician directly. He sets new appointment for the next week. I drop car off day before . Two days later. Work hasn't even started. Now I have no car over the weekend. Have to try a reschedule trip I need it for.. only reason I go back is cause they have one good tech

I cannot say enough about their service department. They are all very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and accommodating. They have done great work on my ten year old Honda. Wouldn’t trust anyone else!

i took my jeep there to get a diagnostic test and when i drove it there i listened to the radio and when i picked it up the ratio wouldn’t even work. doesn’t even do as much as show the time. i’ve checked the fuses and the only thing they said is to drive the car back there and let them the run another diagnostic test that i will (i’m assuming) have to pay for on top of getting it fixed. so while i’m glad they found the first issue i left with another unexplainable one.

I took my Jeep Patriot to Direct Dodge and the customer service was excellent and they also fixed my vehicle in a timely manner at least I thought it was fixed but it isn't. My wife took it back yesterday and the mechanic put it on the computer even tho no check engine light was on. So I paid $120 dollars to find out absolutely nothing.

Needed a car for my son. Found one with salesman Greg’s help. Negotiated a fair price and purchased the car in one day. They helped me with financing and we were gone by mid afternoon.Thanks for the pleasant experience.
