It’s a mess of junk

Was in with my husband. And we both agreed with others as well in the store. Even the employees saying “Lots of this junk is overpriced and needs put in the landfill” also an employee in goodwill told us while checking out that they are no longer allowed to shop at their own store. They must go to another store to shop on there days off. The employees looked miserable and tired for making very little. Do better goodwill.

Many people have expressed frustration with Goodwill thrift stores for a variety of reasons. Critics often point to high prices on donated items, arguing that it undermines the original purpose of making secondhand goods accessible to low-income shoppers. Additionally, some customers feel that the stores are poorly organized, with cluttered shelves and inconsistent quality control. There are also concerns about how much of the revenue actually goes toward charitable causes, as Goodwill is structured more like a nonprofit corporation than a traditional charity, with executives reportedly earning high salaries. All of this contributes to the perception that Goodwill has drifted from its original mission and now operates more like a for-profit retailer than a true community service.
The prices are ridiculous, everything is sent online that is name brand worthy or of any value. Takes away from the fun of thrift store shopping. This store and like many others I have experience are terrible and need to just shut down fully. No one can afford anything

I love shopping here but it’s extremely difficult with two kids and no buggies!

Went here for the first time today….the entire place smelled of mold and cat urine. I have been sick with allergies and a headache from it. I suggest Goodwill get a small ozone machine from Amazon ($40) to use during closed hours and combat this problem. Perhaps someone could donate one, but they’d probably just sell it. lol Not sure who would donate items with mold and urine on them, but they should go straight to the dumpster and not sold. 🤢

Absolute garbage. The goodwill of the valley's has closed all their dressing rooms. When I asked about it they said it's a 14 day return policy. So they're hoping you buy it and take it home and if you don't like it either forget to return it, or if you manage to return it you only get store credit not your money back. I will never ever ever spend one more dime there. Get your inventory for free and then do that. Y'all should be absolutely ashamed of yourself

Hands down the cleanest and most organized Goodwill store I've ever been in along with the largest selection of merchandise and wide variety. My husband and I were super impressed! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees also!

No dressing rooms at all and no sign stating that the dressing room is closed. The worker was very rude about it when we have never been to the store and it didn't indicate it.

Employees are rude, prices are matched with walmart why pay $8 for a used to shirt when walmart has them brand new for $8? Goodwill is a scam that is trying to get rich off of the community and its genorosity

Very good store. Very helpful hard working employees. The team members are the nicest people around. Store is always clean and well organized. They have a colored tag system. So the color of the week is half price. Many good items and a great place to shop. They also carry furniture. Good place to donate your items. It helps people get training and jobs. They carry books if your passing through and looking for something to read. Bojangles is next door and they have good food.

This Goodwill store is the nicest one I've seen. It's spacious. Items are more spread out.
