“I tried to change some info on my account online and order a new tablet. Sent my I.D. through the link from AT&T. Confirmed my order, everything was good. Went to bed. Woke up the next day. AT&T canceled my order, which should have been here by now, but is not. Also I had to take time from work to go fix the issue in-store. Not for nothing, the gentleman who helped me was 10 out of 10 AWESOME Dude! but I still had to miss out on money at work. If someone sends their I.D. in through a verification link and gives all their information requested, spending time to do that.. maybe give them a courtesy call before you cancel their order. I would rather have had the option to confirm identity over the phone instead of being forced to go into the store. I quite my last job and started my own business because my old boss forced me to do a job and loose money on it. Don't make this mistake with me again, I will gladly find another service provider. No sweat off my back. Value is everything. Diminish your value to me and I will take my money somewhere else. Do better.”
