“Since Rite Aid changed to Walgreens in January the service has become lousy! You can't control as it the Pharmacy by phone and they don't get your doctor to refill for you. I t has been a a hassle to get any of the things done that were done with no problems before it was changed over.All in as all it has become as problem to get s prescription taken care of! “I take testosterone injections, and CVS strung me along for months giving me the wrong needles and syringes while telling me to just “figure it out”, so I switched to Walmart and in less than a day I got the right needles and syringes for the next 3 months. I went to this Walmart for years before switching to CVS (health insurance reasons), and I almost never had problems with Walmart. I love everyone who works there, because they’re always so kind and understanding. Thanks so much to you lovely people for helping me get what I need and have been fighting for for months. It really, really means a lot. :)”

“Had the same problem with my CVS in Plymouth ma this CVS is a 24 hour hour but what they did was put in a pharmacy recorded line and they would text you and call you back in under 1 hour with an answer and it's great ?”
