I tend to stop by "Family Fare" when driving through Wytheville, but not anymore. Like many people, I try to save a dollar when I can, which means that I carry my own coffee mug and a jar of instant coffee in my back seat. Normally this isn't a problem for most gas stations. However, approximately 30-45 seconds after the female attendant showed me where the hot water tap is on the coffee machine, she said "Once is enough, don't let this become a habit!" If requested, I would pay for the sugar and creamer that I used, which was in no way a significant amount - maybe 3 or 4 sugars and a single French Vanilla creamer. I just don't understand the intense greed in the world; what have we let happen to our society? I didn't realize that my use of the hot water tap was creating such an economic strain on this store, as well as all the other gasoline price gouging facilities across the world. For this, I must apologize. However, lesson learned - the Shell "Family Fare" is just another example of what greed and evil are de-evolving the human race into.

Very clean store. Gas pumps can be busy at times and the parking area is small.

$2.89 online, drive 10 mins to get that price only to see $3.29 at the physical location......wow well it doesn't stay updated so skip it since it's not right off main hwyUpdate: I appreciate the time taken to respond to my review and to also see if something can be done to update the pricing faster, to me that's a good catch from the customer service side, that to me is a good sign. Thanks for your response.

Stopped in to fill up my truck. Price was reasonable for the area, pumps and facilities in great shape. Easy in and out.
