The staff are so kind and gentle, they were so loving to my older cat giving him chin rubs and brushed him and we all had a laugh over his goofy lovable nature. They were so compassionate about his arthritis and took such good care of him.

They can be a bit unwelcoming and insensitive, but they are straight to the point.

Dr Dassler was excellent. Very knowledgeable, responsive, and answered all questions thoroughly. My dog's surgery was successful, the staff were friendly and professional, and the facility is nice as well.
