Got an iPhone where the screen broke and wasn't useable. So I scheduled an appointment with these guys. I have AppleCare, so I was not really super pressed. Come to find out, gotta do a full replacement, no big deal. Well, they tried to convince me that doing it myself wouldn't be as easy because I'd need to get the serial number and the ones on the box can be incorrect (that's not true.) After that, the fella that was assisting me started jumping to other customers walking in, while I sat there with a broken phone, unsure of next steps. After waiting around 20 minutes total in store I walked out. I literally did everything at home in under 10 minutes, no serial number needed. Big thumbs down on customer service, will avoid next time. Misinforming customers is not cool.

So very disappointed. I brought in my 2012 Mac book Pro after the Geek Squad at Best Buy said this was the best place to bring it. Unfortunately, the Apple Store in MacArthur was closed down and the closest one is in Lynnhaven. Best Buy guys were extremely helpful and managed to get the screen to finally work to be factory reset, but they said the usb parts needed to be replaced and the track pad didn’t work. The gentlemen at Computer Concepts did not want to help me at all. They kept explaining how the parts would be too expensive and not worth it. Even though I offered to buy them myself he kept saying “It’s not worth it” In the end it just sounded like he didn’t even want to attempt to fix it. I asked him is he was comfortable doing the work and if he had the ability to do it. He said yes, but insisted that if it wasn’t able to be fixed it’d be my fault. I said ok, you don’t wanna fix it. Got it. To Lynhaven I go!

Long story short, I would trust Brent with any of my electronics, & the store staff all seemed polite (busy at times- & still polite).
We needed to transfer a Samsung phone to an iPhone given to us. Normally transfers are not that difficult, but this was a nightmare. I spent hours unsuccessfully trying to create an iCloud account (TIP: if you are new to Apple then try to create your icloud account USING an apple device of issues).
Brent at CC worked for several days and multiple hours on the phone transfer. He had issues as well due to the phones not working well together and other glitches. The Samsung phone was older. THE POINT is that some customers are paying A LOT of money, but I never felt like I was treated less important than others. I'm grateful. (Respectful)
I went to get the phone after quite a few days with him spending hours on it. He was kind enough to figure out why I could not create an icloud account & also created one for me-see paragraph 1 TIP* He helped me get my data to a flash drive because it would not transfer. (Helpful)
I went into the store not sure what help I could get at that point. I think Brent is very knowledgeable, driven & helpful. He did his best & I would 100% take my electronics back to him for help. (Kind & informative)

Have been a client for many years. They never disappoint when I go in for assistance. Recently I upgraded my phone and my husband's and I needed helping clearing the old phones to assure safe for their trade in. More complicated than I thought but Brent Tesh who is very knowledgeable helped take care of it.
That day - a Monday AM - was probably not the best choice to go in - they were busy - but as busy as he was I want to complement him on his calm nature in multitasking and making sure all customers were attended to. There was one client that was being difficult but he handled it so professionally trying very calmly that he needed a new motherboard. Not what anyone wants to hear but I give Brent kudos on how he handled it.
Thanks Brent, Computer Concepts is lucky to have you.

Computer Concepts did an amazing job recovering data from our failed hard drives! They were very helpful in helping us understand everything in the retrieval and restoration processes and to plan for our future storage and backup. My family has relied on Computer Concepts for years and we've always been so thankful for their great service, fair pricing and personal customer support. Recently, they went above and beyond when helping my mother-in-law after her computer was hacked. They were fast, thorough, responsive and kind enough to offer tips on how she could avoid similar issues in the future. Not only is Computer Concepts' pricing better than reasonable, the customer service they provide is the best. I am so glad we have such a wonderful local resource; they've kept my family's aging Macs alive and running well beyond my expectations and now supported us through a very traumatic hacking situation. The staff here is fast and reliable. I dropped off my laptop on a Saturday and picked up on a Wednesday.
The staff is also very courteous. When I was picking up my laptop there was a very irate person there seemingly causing issues. Not only did they stay professional when serving that person but also apologized to me and the next customer entering for any inconvenience.
I will definitely be utilizing their services again in the future.

If you want great customer service and a professional staff Computer Concepts is the very best on the Peninsula . I am not crazy about dealing with the big box stores so this is my second computer I have had Computer Concepts build. Alan and his staff are wonderful and you really get personal customer care. I am actually reviewing Computer Concepts on my new computer which I received 2 hrs ago. Thank You, Allan and all at Computer Concepts !!
