“Long story short, I would trust Brent with any of my electronics, & the store staff all seemed polite (busy at times- & still polite).

We needed to transfer a Samsung phone to an iPhone given to us. Normally transfers are not that difficult, but this was a nightmare. I spent hours unsuccessfully trying to create an iCloud account (TIP: if you are new to Apple then try to create your icloud account USING an apple device of issues).

Brent at CC worked for several days and multiple hours on the phone transfer. He had issues as well due to the phones not working well together and other glitches. The Samsung phone was older. THE POINT is that some customers are paying A LOT of money, but I never felt like I was treated less important than others. I'm grateful. (Respectful)

I went to get the phone after quite a few days with him spending hours on it. He was kind enough to figure out why I could not create an icloud account & also created one for me-see paragraph 1 TIP* He helped me get my data to a flash drive because it would not transfer. (Helpful)

I went into the store not sure what help I could get at that point. I think Brent is very knowledgeable, driven & helpful. He did his best & I would 100% take my electronics back to him for help. (Kind & informative)”
