Lindsay is a very thoughtful coach and will work with any individual limitations an athlete may have so they get the most from the workouts. She is encouraging and very positive in attitude. Even though you are tired from the workouts you leave her classes happy.

Coach Ray does an amazing job leading class! I love that she starts with mobility to help us warm up. She always explains the movements thoroughly and demonstrates scaling options too. During the WOD she is constantly cheering each of us on by name. Just like all the coaches, she makes CFHR a great place to work out!
