The store is fine. If I could have rated the pharmacy a 0 I would have. They never have my prescription ready. I have a prescription on auto-fill and they couldn’t even manage to fill that on time. The only way I’m able to get my prescription is to go there in person so the can “expedite” my order (that should have been ready days ago) then I have to sit and wait 15+ minutes. I’m switching pharmacies, I’ve been euro CVS for years but I’m done.

4 stars for the store, 1 star for the pharmacy. The manager/person running the pharmacy needs to get his/her act together. They're constantly days behind. Call in your prescription, get told it would be ready later that day. Arrive and find out that it will not be ready for "another 3 hours". You'll constantly here "we're behind 3 days." CVS pharmacies are an absolute circus.

Worst pharmacy experience I've had in my life. 2 different pharmacy techs told me they are 10 days behind in filling prescriptions. My scripts were sent over Tuesday. Still hadn't gotten text saying they were filled, so I called them Saturday, and had to wait on hold 18 minutes before anyone answered the phone. Tech told me that "they are in processing" and that it would still be another 3 hours before they could get them ready. Waited at the register 10 minutes, with no one else in front of me, before anyone even acknowledged I was standing there. Was able to pick up all but one prescription yesterday, but tech couldnt tell me why it had been placed on hold, and said it would "be 45 minutes" before they could get it filled and to me. I told them to fill it, and I left. I still havent heard from them to say it was filled and it's been 16 hours.

The staff at this CVS is outstanding however they never seem to have enough help in the pharmacy sometimes you have to wait 15 to 30 minutes to get your prescriptions filled

Nobody in the pharmacy answers the phone morning, noon, night, doesn't matter. You can't get through to them at all, even calling the general store. I had to leave a message with the front desk. This is inappropriate and frustrating! By the way while waiting to speak with the store manager I was cut off!

I'm not sure whom the manager Is at this CVS but this pharmacy is THE WORST!!!....I recently moved and had to switch to the yorktown location and they are constantly telling me I can pick up my scripts and they aren't ever ready or telling me its filled AND ITS NOT or saying they need to order it and NEVER DO its extremley irritating when you have given them hours go get it done a** requested and you get there and it hasn't even been pulled to get filled in the FIRST PLACE. LOOKING FOR A NEW PHARMACY ASAP 5 months of this continuous mess wass enough for me!

My 3 month old son has congenital heart disease which requires many prescriptions to treat his disease until his next surgery. I had to switch from Farm Fresh Pharmacy to CVS due to our Caremark insurance plan and it's been a nightmare dealing with this CVS ever since. I spoke to the assistant pharmacy manager last week on the phone where he thought it was appropriate to talk down to me and speak slowly as if I had a learning disability when all I asked was if the refill could be bumped to 90 days instead of the 30 days. I chalked it up to him maybe having a bad day and disregarded the ill treatment. Today, while still trying to get my son's prescriptions filled, I spoke to a Michelle who was kind and helpful. She explained to me that all his medicines could be filled at their location except for 1. She offered to have it filled at the Hampton location and initially I declined and said I could hold out until tomorrow when it was ordered to their store. Once I got off the phone with Michelle, I realized we are completely out of said medication and do need it filled at the Hampton location. When I called again to request the refill, I immediately recognized the man on the receiving end as the same person who treated me poorly last week. I asked him to please fill the prescription at the Hampton location since we couldn't wait until tomorrow and again. As expected, he patronized me by speaking loudly and slowly to explain to me they COULD NOT order my prescription and pick it up for me.....of course they can't and I never asked that! I simply asked for them to fill it at the Hampton location so that my son could have it for tonight. He spoke over me and wouldn't listen to my request. He finally stopped speaking long enough to understand what I was asking and said "sure." as the response for my request. Again, I'm unsure why he is so condescending when all I'm seeking is help in filling my son's prescriptions that he NEEDS for his heart disease. It's awful that I have to continue using this pharmacy since they're the closest and are only covered under my caremark plan but I have called corporate and filed a complaint against this man. No one should be treated as poorly as this man sees fit.

At my old pharmacy(no longer takes my insurance) I could ALWAYS sit and wait for them to fill it so I wouldn't have to drive back. Three out of the four times I've had to fill my daughter's script there was no pharmacist present so it could not be filled/approved whatever so I've had to come back (this is about 5 miles from my house, totally inconvenient. Also the one time I DID wait, it took so long I went and asked if it was ready yet... they had already stocked it forgetting to call me over the speaker. Worst I've ever seen

I can't describe my experiences; it would take too long to express how horrible this pharmacy is!

My insurance requires me to use CVS, otherwise I would never use this pharmacy. The staff is rude, medications are not in stock and take days to be ordered and then days to be filled. This isn't one of those, waiting for the doctor's office issues, this is paper prescription in hand and the pharmacy still does not order the medications. Other pharmacies track prescription cards and apply them to each transaction. This CVS does not, even though they keep it on file, which means that anyone in your family that might pick up a prescription has to know to ask if the prescription card ON FILE was applied to the prescription before paying for the prescription. The female pharmacist can't be bothered to speak and uses the poor techs as messengers when they could actually look up and interact with customers. Overall, in the year that I've been forced to use this pharmacy I have yet to have a pleasant experience. If you have a choice as to which pharmacy to use, go anywhere else.
