On May 14th between 6–7 PM, I had a horrible and frightening experience at this Dollar Tree while shopping with my sister. As we were checking out, a white female cashier suddenly threw a bag with an item inside directly toward my sister’s face. Thankfully, it didn’t hit her, but it hit the floor hard, right in front of her.
This was completely unexpected and felt aggressive. My sister stood there, shocked and scared. The cashier muttered a sarcastic “sorry,” picked up the bag, and continued the transaction while glaring at us. No real apology. No kindness. Not even a simple goodbye.
This was a terrifying and unacceptable experience. Throwing a bag at a customer is a form of violence. We felt unsafe and disrespected. I hope this employee is held accountable and removed. No one deserves to be treated like this.

The white female cashier working here is a racist. I went shopping with my sister to buy supplies for our children’s gallery exhibition today. The moment we approached the cashier to pay, her expression hardened. When I tried to pay, she threw the items in the plastic bag in front of me with one hand. The bag flew up in the air and landed at my feet. For a moment, I didn’t know if I was supposed to pick it up myself. I froze and stared at her. She said “sorry” in an annoyed tone and picked it up after a while, but kept staring back and forth at us, giving us no greeting and only taking the money before turning away. Her service was completely different from how she treated other customers, and her behavior was beyond understanding.

I've always enjoyed shopping at the Dollar Tree stores due to the constant change of inventory, even with the price increases.

This store is by far one of the best Dollar Tree stores that I have been in. It's well organized, clean and well stocked. The team is friendly and very easy to work with. They take pride in their store and it shows.
