I have been going to Elite Nails for years and I can say that I will not be going back! The prices have become outrageous! Also, the last several times I have been there, they have done a horrible job! Yesterday I was there for 2 1/2 hours, the lady that did my toes did okay, the woman that did my fingers did horrible. Unfortunately, I wear gel, so I am stuck with these nails for a few weeks!

I have been going to get my nails done at Elite for 10+ years. I can confidently say I will NOT be going back after tonight.
The woman who did my nails has no business doing nails. She was extremely angry. So much so that she began yelling at one of the other techs while doing my nails. The more she yelled the more she hurt me. She did NOT care when I told her she was hurting me.
This was the most UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCOMFORTABLE, PAINFUL manicure. And as an added bonus, My nails look awful and I now need to find another place to fix them.
I will not support a business who allows their employees to treat customers like this.

I Went to get a pedicure and asked if someone had time to paint my 5 year olds toes. The technician replied, “we don’t have anyone available.” Heartbroken, as it was her FIRST time ever getting to get her nails done. My daughter sat patiently while I got a pedicure. When I was done the lady asked me if I wanted a manicure and wax. To which I replied, “I didn’t think you had anyone available.” They ended up sending someone over to paint her nails, I had to hold my daughter’s feet up for the technician to reach them, I helped prop her back up because nobody offered her a pillow so she could be slightly comfortable. Thankfully my 5 year old didn’t understand how unprofessional and rude they were being. While I don’t expect 5 star service at Nail Salons, this was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a nail salon in the past 20 years. The staff is Completely unprofessional, I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. When I paid I told her I was going to give cash tip, distracted by having to carry my daughter out of the salon because they did regular polish instead of the gel polish I requested, her toes were wet & we were in a hurry at that point, the technician stands there and requests her tip agin. I would recommend spending your money somewhere where customers are treated kindly.

In town visiting. Stopped by to get a pedi with my cousin and family. It was the best pedi! Ben was amazing and the staff were so kind. Thank you so much

I’m not happy with how my wife was treated by the staff at Elite Nails. When my wife went there for her first time based on recommendation from a friend the nail technician Jenny was very loud and nasty rude the way she asked my wife HOW CAN I HELP YOU in a very loud and hostile way as if she wasn’t welcomed embarrassing my wife in front of customers. My wife is a woman of color and no matter what color a persons color is everybody should be treated with respect and kindness especially in the service industry. If I could give Zero Stars I would. Definitely not recommended to go here!!

I had my gel nails done 10 days ago and already I have 5 nails where the gel is chipping. Will not return!!!!!

The salon and staff are excellent. Always do a great job!
Cleanliness: The salon is very clean and sanitary.
Stylist: They are all amazing! Can't go wrong with any of the staff.

I arrived at my scheduled time, introduced myself and stated what services I requested. My technician was very rude, he pointed to where his station was located. I asked him do I need to pick a color and he said no, I will bring it to you...no problem. He never greeted and barely spoke to me. Only asked me which color from the samples do I want. My service included acrylic nails and pedicure. I requested a certain length in which he did, I asked him was he going to clean up my cuticles and he said they normally don't with acrylics???? I don't know the procedure because this was my first time getting acrylics, he obliged, but poorly done. I also requested a special design but while deciding between silver or gold, he told me I need to make up my mind because he has other customers. He provided the worst pedicure I've ever experienced. The only time he was kind or spoke in a kind manner was when he asked me was I paying in cash or credit. Total cost for service: $97!! This place came highly recommended, I should've read the reviews first. I won't return.

Elite nails is very good quality and always accommodating of walk-ins! They take their time and are thorough. Their dip powder is the only place I've been to in the area that doesn't chip or lift after a few days!
