GO HERE BEFORE THE STEALERSHIP.
VW dealership wanted over $4,000 to replace a bunch of gaskets and reseal my valve cover for an oil leak after keeping my car for over a day to diagnose the leak.
I took it to Euro Pros, and they scrubbed the whole block down, drove it, found none of the things VW said was leaking to be true, and fixed my oil separator and a big oil leak from the vacuum pump. Cost me less than half of what VW Dealership wanted, and they wouldn’t have even fixed the actual problem.
I will be coming here for anything else I ever need for my Tiguan.

Showed up last Friday at 4:25 and shop was already closed even tho door and google said 5pm been calling since Monday and I haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone and haven’t received call back either after leaving voicemail.

This place is a joke of a shop. I took my car in for repair and there were wire harness that wasn't plugged back together. They say they don't do internal motor or transmission work and they can't do motor mounts on my car because they don't have the specialty tool to pull one out. Which every vw, bmw, audi and Saab have these type of mounts. So why wouldn't you have a $500 tool? Joke...

This must be an incredibly busy shop! My Audi stranded me along the highway and while waiting for the tow truck I called them up to alert them my car was coming in shortly on an emergency situation. I was told without hesitation they couldn't take my car and it would be at least two weeks before the could look at it! I understand business needs, but dude, have a little compassion. Not like I was asking for an engine out service!
Dang, be sure to make an appointment *months in advance* before rolling in!

This review is a year over due. However, after spending nearly 10k in repairs over a 2 year span I felt like I needed to review this place. I finally stopped going to this repair place when the owner told me I do not know how to fix your VW Tiquan. After having my vehicle in his shop every 2 months for the check engine and EPC warning lights being on. I felt like he was practicing on how to not fix my vehicle. Almost like the mechanic was just doing enough to have the warning lights go off for a little while.. Then I was back in shop for the same issues. Do you self a favor and just go trustworthy service shop.

100 percent recommend you taking your vw or Audi there over a dealership they do amazing work and know their stuff. Worth every penny, especially knowing they fixed the right part the first time. Will be a long-term customer for them!

After leaving my car at Audi dealer in Hampton for 4 days, they never came up with a diagnostic and gave me my car back without fixing it. Then I found Euro Pros, and Dave immediately knew what was going on with my car. In less than a day he did the diagnostic and the next day I had my car back fixed. Highly recommended and reasonable prices.

Excellent shop. The techs here actually care and treat your vehicle with respect. Prices are very fair/realistic and NOT hugely inflated like at the dealership. Will definitely be going here from now on.

Great shop, they do fantastic work for a great price. They replaced a vital part to my GTI for a LOT less than the Dealerships around here were quoting me. Easily recommend them.

This is such a good and trustworthy shop to go to! I went from American to a Euro car so I had to find a new mechanic. As a woman, it’s hard to find a good and trustworthy mechanic that you can rely on. I was really nervous but they were so so good. They made sure all my problems were squared away and gave me a good quote with everything broken down and explained everything to me without a hassle.Services: Electrical repair
