Love this nail salon so much! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I have been coming here for years since I was a little girl. They are amazing. They have so many different colors and dips to choose from.

Always friendly and do a great job. I’ve never seen anyone have a bad experience here, and they have never been rude to anyone while we have been there for their services. I have seen the customers who lack any patience in life, and who treat the staff disrespectful which I find unacceptable. This is a very hard working family that solely run the business. They work long hours and even open on Sundays. Some customers want everything for nothing, and you can’t please them no matter how good you treat them. People need to focus on the hard work that goes into hours of manual labor serving the public. Just my two cents worth.

My 93 year old dad and I went for simultaneous pedicures. Although they do take walk-ins, I booked an afternoon appointment. When we arrived, we were seated right away. The massage chairs were comfortable and the water in the foot basins was nice and hot. The ladies were thorough and efficient. I particularly enjoyed the hot rock leg massage Dad didn't get polish (of course!) but I chose a deep shade of red. It was a very relaxing and satisfying experience.

I made an appointment for my friend and myself, and when we walked in, the woman was very rude and got angry at us for a mistake in our appointment request. We immediately walked out and went elsewhere. #NeverComingBack

Anne, Kim & Peter do a great job. I come for my acrylic manicures and Anne does a fabulous job each visit. They all work hard & keep the shop going nonstop ! Manicure and pedicures / eyebrow waxing always perfect 😇

Me and my daughter came here for pedicures on a whim. The lady who helped me was very kind and attentive. I think she did a good job on my pedicure but the gentlemen who did my daughters never spoke once. And he didn't do a clear coat at the end and not even an hour after my daughter had a chip in one of her toes. The salon itself was quaint but it did look a little cluttered. The regular polish pedicures cost $30 each. I did tip well but I don't think I'd ever return here.

I have been to several nail salons in the Hampton roads area and was disappointed for several reasons, but I have to say that I made an appointment with KP nails on Hwy 17 and had a great experience, I had Peter and he was very polite and no drama, just very good service and great price and bonus that you get a hot stone pedicure even at the basic price of $29, so glad I found them and close to my house in Yorktown too, this is my new nail salon.Services: Nail art

I will not change my technician (guy) JHe's the best detailing ypur color in nails. He takes time . And for sure you'll feel.relax. I got many ped for less than 100$

After trying numerous nail salons in the area, I found my place! I've been coming here for about a year now and it's time I leave this review. Here's what you should know: 1. If having an accurate appointment system is important to you, this is one of the very few places I have been that will actually tell you if they are full instead of having you sit and wait for an hour. I always call ahead and schedule my appointment and I've never had to wait. We've all been to the places that schedule an appointment, but still let other customers go in front of you. Not here 2. The owner and every single technician are so friendly. I always feel welcomed, and they are even very patient when I bring my 3 year old to get her nails painted. 3. They do not rush through the process. I come every 2 weeks and I'm always very satisfied with the amount of time they spend on my pedicure. Great with cleaning/trimming cuticles, ingrown toenails, & hot stone massage for very reasonable prices. Love this place!!

First time here and they took me happily without an appointment! My nails turned out wonderful and I could tell care and attention to detail was applied to each nail from both techs; one who removed old acrylics and applied new ones and the other who painted! I love my nails! I got a full set acrylics with a sparkly French manicure. The lady who did them had impeccable attention to detail and cared about each nail and took her time. Definitely recommend her services!Services: French manicures
