The store is conveniently located and it's a large store so there is plenty of selection. The prices aren't bad and the quality has always been good. If you need some caffeine to get you through your shopping, they have a Starbucks inside.

Don't bother going on a Friday evening (7:00pm, not that late) if you want any veggies I had 8 items on my list from produce, out of most, awful quality on the rest. This is my regular Kroger and it has really gone downhill in the last couple of months.

Only one register and one set of self-checkout registers open on a Saturday morning. Line stretched nearly all the way to Dairy. Plus an off-putting rancid smell in the produce section

Managers are horrible do nothing to help customers or workers. They are racist and rude. I’ve seen people eat chicken with tongs and use the same tongs to continue serving chicken, I’ve seen people not wash their hands after using the bathroom and they still roll sushi they sneeze into the food and keep serving it. They fail health visits on the regular and have openly admitted to raising prices even when they don’t need too. 0 stars

Today trip to the store was fairly easy. There are no issues today. Parking is usually packed, but the store was easy to get in and out of.

Welp! We shouldn't need a monocle to read the fine print of every sale on items it seems like they ever have. When they're actually in store they're fine, but I feel sorry for elderly or vision impaired because it seems definitely intentionally too small to read. I see what they did there. At this point you may as well shop online.
Also the register always rings up something's price wrong, and I get suss'd basically every shopping trip. I was last challenged over an item on sale with a $0.60 difference...Which I just paid anyway. It's not about the cents I just want Kroger to honor the values system at this point.
And if that's overpaying and debating change is not frustrating enough Your self checkout purchases will take twice as long due to the fact that the machine constantly misreads weight and will accuse You of stealing multiple times and You will have to have the staff come and review You on video multiple times so I hope You're not easily embarrassed, in a hurry, or anxious while shopping.
I love Kroger and I don't remember it being this way and I hope it doesn't stay this way.

Bakery unstaffed during displayed open hours. I came from VB at 4:40pm on a Monday to place a custom cake order for a party this weekend. There was no one in the bakery so I asked John in “Cheese” dept and he said the employee is on lunch and told me to wait around. I asked Isn’t someone else trained to cover for bakery during their lunch? He said, unenthusiastically, Well I can call management but I don’t know if they’ll come over. I heard him place the call, but no one arrived to help. I travelled over here specifically to place the cake order in person. There isn’t even a cake book available for me to view. Atleast 3 other customers saw me waiting unassisted and left the dept. Finally the bakery employee came back and told me they don’t do custom cake orders. It would have been nice if John had I formed me when I specified this was the reason I needed help.

Beware of the bakery!!! I bought a $20 blue berry fruit tart and the berries inside were covered in mold. I am never going back to the store.
