Experience is always perfect with the workers they're kind and have patience for you. A guy name Virgil help me and he showed me every that is done and how much money was tooking out. I came here the past two years and I'll come back every year, thank Liberty.

I love Liberty Tax, I come here every year and I am always 100 percent satisfied with the service and pleasant experience that I receive. I also love that Liberty Tax allows you to have the option for a tax advance, to get your money even sooner. Ms. Tammy at the Yorktown location is the best and completely trustworthy! Drove to location on George Washington Memorial Highway. Google's business hours stated they open at one. Their business hours say they are closed. Very unprofessional.

WILL NOT GO THROUGH THIS OFFICE EVER AGAIN!!!! LACK OF INFORMATION AND RESPECT!! BEEN WAITING OVER 8 WEEKS FOR MY STATE REFUND ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT MY STATE WAS INCLUDED IN MY FEDERAL RETURN THAT WAS SOMEHOW THE EXACT DIFFRENCE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE WITHOUT MY STATE!!! SHOPPER BEWARE KEEP ALL OF YOUR DOCUMENTS ON HOW MUCH MONEY YOUR SUPPOSED TO GET BACK!!!! THEY ARE SHADY AND BACK HANDED!!!!!!
