Absolutely outstanding service!
Mega Auto Spa in Yorktown, VA went above and beyond to help us with our interior cleaning. The team was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about doing an exceptional job. They are fast, detailed, and incredibly thorough, our car looks brand new inside, even after traveling with three kids!
We’ll definitely be coming here after every long excursion. It’s rare to find customer service and quality like this. If I could give them 6 out of 5 stars, I would! Highly recommend!

Good spot - prices aren't bad, either. I don't have a membership but I come here every once and a while and run through the lowest price setting and use the free vacuums. Its not touchless, but I don't really care about that. Service is nice as well! I do wish it came with a free wipe down after each wash like alot of the places out west, do.

Very professional staff and overall great experience. You can tell they frequently clean the carwash bay so not worried about scratches of swirling here. Great value for a full detail, interior and exterior.

A little pricey for what you get. I paid for the upgraded wash and banana wax. The person who did the wax missed a few places and left the inside of my door jams muddy and streaks on my outside windows.

I’ve been coming here for over five years without any issues, but yesterday’s service was disappointing. The detailing on both the inside and outside of my car was sloppy and incomplete.
I’ll take some blame for not checking the car before leaving I was in a rush to pick up a client but the quality just wasn’t there. I’ve come to expect better from this place. Going forward, I’ll be inspecting the work more closely.

Typically a good place to go, but disappointed when I noticed my blind spot mirror was missing. Instead of apologizing a guy comes running out to me after I noticed claiming it was already broken. I know for certain that it was not broken and don’t appreciate the defensive dishonesty. It’s only a couple bucks, and I didn’t expect a refund, just don’t appreciate blatant liars.

This is one of the worst services I’ve experienced at a car wash. First I was told that it would be up to a hour wait to have the car cleaned and vacuumed. During the wait I noticed how 1 or 2 people were assigned to a car. They would walk away and procrastinate. After speaking with the manager, I informed them that I needed to leave within the next 15 minutes after waiting over a hour. I noticed that only one person continued to clean the car I ended up waiting almost another 30 minutes before I informed them that I had leave ,now it was other customers that were there before me that said they were there a hour before I came, and my car still needed to be vacuumed in the back which is sad, for what they charge the service sucks and I will never go back here again!!!

When a $15.00 costs you thousands in paint damages
Took my black truck to get undercarriage sprayed. Never has the truck ever been through a car wash. I do it myself. I didn't realize the company opted for late 90s mops that beat your vehicle up with the previous guys dirt. (I Thought we moved to touchless wash 10+ years ago) Now the whole truck has paint swirls. And so apprent you can actually measure the exact diameter of their mops scratched into the paint all throughout. Thanks for setting me back, I've taken pride in washing my own truck and preventing this kind of thing. This really sucks.

Wanted to try this place out but after my 1st experience with an employee, I’m assuming management, definitely will not give this place a single penny. Pulled up to an open lane and notice the screen was not working, was about to back out and immediately a guy comes out, asking if I saw the cones. Mind you the only cones out were the ones separating the entrance and exit entrance. Proceeds to say I had to go around the cones to get here and that it’s my fault. I have it blocked off, why did you go around? When he gets close to my van, he notices that there are no cones blocking the lane to the kiosk and instead of admitting he was in the wrong, he says I don’t know why people keep moving the cones. Too embarrassed and prideful, he walks back in without saying, I’m sorry or admitting he was wrong. The snarky attitude will be the downfall of this business if you keep this up. Happened around 10am March 3, 2025, white van, if you are reading this then you know who you are. I hope you weren’t the owner and this is how you regularly talk to customers for something that was not their fault.
To whomever the man was, practice some customer service and humility, don’t assume. A quick hello how are you? Unfortunately that lane is closed but the next one is open will suffice.

Personally, the best in our area. Remember to tip these hard workers. I watched so many just get in their cars and leave after having their car detailed.
I just came back from a long weekend in the OBX, and my car was dirty. It was pristine when I left.

Efficient and fast. You can sign up for a monthly plan or pay by the wash. Doesn't dry very well but otherwise a good wash. Free vacuums. Very good detailing services but you have to bring your vehicle in for scheduling and pricing
