“I was in a hurry, and needed some pants for an event and Anessa or Vanessa (I can't remember her name) helped me out. She did an amazing job, really knew her stuff and worked with my sense of time. She was truly fantastic as it was my first time in the store. I plan on going back, and I highly recommend the establishment.”

“On Friday, I visited your store in Patrick Henry Mall, with my grandson. We were shopping for school clothes. Your sales associates went above and beyond while we were there. We were looking for cargo pants. The young lady that greeted us when we arrived was very helpful pointing out the selection. Told us about the amazing sale you had going on. We found the exact pants he was looking for (after searching through 7 previous stores). We almost didn't shop in your store but I told him to go see what they have. Unfortunately the pants were not long enough, as my boy is 6' 4". He was disappointed as the fit was perfect. While waiting for him near the fitting room several associates spoke to me and asked if I needed assistance or just carried on a conversation. I just wanted to commend your store and your wonderful associates for a job well done.!! Very refreshing to see those young people enjoying their jobs! It shows! We will be back to shop in your store!”

“I always struggle to find boots because of having wide calves and wide feet but Nick went above and beyond and helped me find a pair and also had great knowledge on the fit of the boots ! They also mink oiled my new boots as well as my husband's boots that he bought elsewhere. My husband also bought a Stetson hat that they priced matched on ! We are very happy with our purchases overall and plan on returning.”

“The workers at the Newport News/Patrick Henry Vans store are top notch! We walked into 3 different stores in the mall and did not get one greeting or acknowledgement from any of the workers. All of them were standing around talking amongst themselves and acted like we were bothering them when we needed help. The moment we walked into the Vans store the feel was completely different. The male manager has helped us numerous times in the past and is always extremely helpful and pleasant. They don’t hover, but they are there the moment you need assistance. I always enjoy talking to them. The store is clean, well laid out, and a place I WANT to spend my money versus the others.”

To name a few outstanding staff members,....Emya at the Mac counter, Kelsie in the jewelry dept, Paul can be found in various departments, Kathy in the home dept....they always provide excellent customer service. The only thing you need is a little patience due to staff shortage.”
“I went to return some petite clothes that didn’t fit. I found a good selection of petites in the store. I had stopped going there because of the lack of petite clothes. I hope they keep more petites as I will be a loyal customer again. Found several things when I did my return !!! Way to go Kohl’s !!!”

“Stopped in to support the company in what they are doing and the staff was incredibly friendly. I brought my dog in with me to work on socialization training and the staff was was great. They had excellent selection and the prices were lower than lowes or homedepo in the garden section.
Definitely recommend stopping by this location to see their diverse selection.”
