Would give them negative stars if I could. The first time I went, the guy made my nails so thick, uneven, and an uneven shape for them all. The shape isn’t even what I asked for. They tried to make me get them fixed by the same guy or I would have to pay again to get them fixed. The owner then fixed my nails for free. Two broke within the first week and the owner said it was because they weren’t thick enough. I didn’t have a problem with them being thick, I just wanted them even. Nails whatsoever and I will never return. Three terrible experiences. NEVER AGAIN.

I got Manicure and Pedicure with Ms. Amy. She's so nice and made my wedding nails beautiful! She's the best and her husband Mr. Tom. Thank you so much for taking good care of my nails!

Very friendly couple who own this salon. My downside are 3 issues.
1. I was told to go to a back wall and pick out polish colors out of hundreds. I wasn't given any samples to look at.
2. During my pedicure I wanted to put my flip-flops on before the polish. The wife refused saying she can't polish with shoes on. I had to wear their paper-thin flops until I dried.
3. She never asked how I want my nails filed. She just did them to her liking.
Probably won't go back.

I have gone here over 10 times now and every time it is great! It is clean, professional, and everyone is SO friendly. Tom, Julie, and T have been amazing. T got the shape I had been striving for perfectly!

This beautiful, relaxing shop and their owners are the BEST! They have a heart for our community, are punctual and accommodating, and their work is phenomenal! I'm so grateful for this Oasis of a nail salon in York County!

the place is so amazing! i don’t think im gonna go anywhere else now. they are so sweet and funny, plus they fixed my nails from another place. My nails look so much better, and im so grateful they fit me in today.

I took a chance going here the day before I got married because the reviews are incredible and they absolutely are correct!! I don’t plan on going to a different salon as long as they are open!!

Nails by Tom is the best nail salon in Yorktown. I have used Tom for my nail services for a few years now. His attention to detail is unmatched. He is so friendly and easy to chat with. Overall the salon provides excellent service, I would recommend this salon to everyone.

My first time coming here, and it was great. Bill did my pedicure and pink & white set. I Moved from New York 3yrs ago tried few places but no one could do the job I had done at 4 leaf clover in Middle Village New York by Alex for 13yrs. I think I found my place. Place is nice and quiet and kind reminds me of home. Love my nail and pedicure

THEY HAVE DIP POWDER!!! A lot of places I have been to in Yorktown claim to use dip powder during their services. Usually it's just the base then gel top BUT HERE I received amazing treatment and actual dip powder! My technician was super friendly and efficient! Every single person was extremely wonderful and polite! Best service and nails in ALL of yorktown!! Please support this fantastic business and the amazing people working there!

I have tried 3 other salons in the Yorktown area before coming to this nail salon and I'm just sad that I didn't discover this place sooner. The staff is SO friendly, the place is clean, they seem to be on time with their appointments and the quality of work is excellent! Julie did a great job with my nails. I look forward to my next appointment with her.
