The manager is never available to complete tasks. I have been trying to change my name for 2 years and every time I have a day off the manager isn't available. I tried to bring them new business today. Not available. I shouldn't have to make an appointment weeks in advance to handle my funds, nor should your new customer. We have work schedules to maintain too. They thankfully will be moving on to a branch that can more handle their customers needs more efficiently. This bank used to have multiple locations but seems to be quickly dwindling away. Can't imagine why!!Update - the manager did reach out and miraculously had time today. However, we had already moved on to another business. We were sitting at Wells Fargo getting the help we need when she called. As a growing adult moving on to personal loans, building credit. Etc and being in need for the years to come...we encouraged our son to move on to a company with a little better responsive customer service. Thank you.

My experience is the best. I have been in this bank for many years and they always treat me very well. They try to help with everything and they are not racist at all. I am Latina and they treat me with respect and I love it. Thank you for your excellent service.

Bad attention from the staff, they are racist and little tolerant with Spanish-speaking people. They lied when they told me that an employee of the agency spoke Spanish and could help me, when the employee approached me he did not know any Spanish, he just said "hola como estas" and obviously that did not help me at all to solve my problem. When I opened my account they failed to warn me about some extra charges when using my card, some benefits, etc. Both "ladies" are rude, their names are Kim and Rita

Arlene Maney is the assistant bank manager at this location, and she is THE most helpful loan officer I have ever worked with. She is another example of why I bank with Old Point.
