I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience at your shop — and to be completely honest, it was one of the most disappointing interactions I’ve had with any service provider.
From the beginning, I felt talked down to and argued with about what repairs were necessary for my vehicle. Rather than being listened to, I was dismissed — and it turns out, several important issues were overlooked that directly affected the safety of the car. That’s something I take very seriously, especially with my family riding in this vehicle.
When the repairs were finally done, I later found out that sub-par parts had been used — something I was never made aware of or given a choice about. I was also told a misleading story about part delivery times, which seems like it was done just to make the shop look better rather than being upfront about delays.
What’s even more frustrating is that a related part — one that clearly should’ve been inspected at the same time — was completely missed. That part failed just a week later, which could’ve been avoided with a proper inspection. If this part has failed while driving on the interstate or in heavy traffic, it would have developed into a potentially deadly incident. You failed to provide even the bare bones of expected service. You failed to prioritize safely inspecting the vehicle after I directly expressed to look at the accompanying part. You failed to meet the minimum requirements.
Unfortunately, after all of this, I can’t say I’d ever recommend your business to anyone. I trusted your team to do the job right and to prioritize safety, and I feel like that trust was completely misplaced.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps push for better accountability moving forward.

Their team kept me updated throughout the process, and finished the repairs on time and as promised. Most importantly, the car looks and handles great. Definitely recommend.

I went in to order a part. They told me how much it would be asked me to pay on the front end which I did. They then ordered the wrong part twice. The third time of ordering the part they called me and said that they got the wrong color and that they would have to charge me $380 to paint it. I told them never mind just put it on my vehicle so I could be done with it. They then charged me $70 extra for the part and then a 4% interest fee to use my card avoided all cost.
