Prosource has wonderful kitchen options and affordability. Designer Holly is professional, extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and was always readily available to answer all my questions and assist me in my kitchen design. She ensured my budget was maintained. The high quality customer service provided by Holly and the front staff was amazing. I would strongly recommend Holly and the Prosource team. We worked with Ashley at NN ProSource. She was great with helping us through our selection. Sent us home with enough samples to review and move around the house to ensure we liked our selection in both the daytime and evening lighting. The ordering was quick, efficient and our carpet was delivered to their location in a timely manner. We are very pleased with their service and would highly recommend their services. Sandy R.

The customer service here goes above and beyond. I was so overwhelmed with not only the enormous selection of products but my lack of knowledge on all the factors involved in choosing flooring. Ashley taught me so much and helped me navigate the process. Her patience and knowledge is so helpful. I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend this company for quality products and competitive prices. Ashley's customer service is outstanding.

VERY DISHONEST COMPANY. DO NOT WASTE THOUSANDS.Was so excited about new countertops being installed at my new condo. I followed all protocol before measurements were completed by Cornerstone in Va Beach. I found after installation there is now an inch gap on both sides of my oven. Now I have to use a gap filler on each side and it looks horrible. My family members used Prosource and Cornerstone, and that's why I went with them. Never again. When I shared my concern with the Regional Manager Andrew Graf, he did nothing to help accommodate or make things right. There was absolutely no sense of urgency nor concern on his end regarding my situation. I was left with the decision to either keep my oven fillers or pay extra to have what should have been completed correctly in the first place re-done. So disappointing.WARNING: Make sure you read reviews even if they have high ratings. Terrible customer service and a waste of my hard earned money.In reference to theProsource owners response to my comment...It is unbelievable to me to see such a dishonest comment coming from the owner.We received no follow up call whatsoever and my correspondence with Andrew Graf via email was very difficult.Before installation, Cornerstone in VA BEACH would not proceed with measuring anything unless I followed protocol beforehand. My father also spoke to to Juliah Harris at Prosource to confirm all that was required before Cornerstone came out to complete measurements. Bottom line- measurements weren't completed correctly. According to protocol the oven was not required to be there and it's a standard size oven.Very sad to think that what I thought was a reputable company would have an owner and a Regional Manager (Andrew Graf) be so dishonest. It's your job to do your due diligence to make sure things are up to par. Clearly that is not something you take seriously. Just embarrassing and unprofessional.

Amazing service in the store by Megan. She listened to my needs (pets, hallways, stairs, PETS AGAIN). Megan also connected me with a choice of contractors and I selected an awesome company. Within 20 minutes I was connected with a company that could help me and I selected some carpet samples to take home. Less than 3 weeks later my carpet was delivered to PROSOURCE and Elite Flooring had it looking great in my home! I absolutely recommend Prosource and Megan was especially helpful. She has convinced me to tackle other projects!!!

I ordered some flooring which came in later than expected and there was a mistake by the distributor with one of the boxes, but Nick made sure everything came out right and in a timely manner. I recommend this business as having good products and value.

Make sure of your measurements cause they don't except returns unless it's over 250 sq ft. They have lost me as a customer. I have bought from many company's and this one the least of my favor.

I love this store. It is stocked full of items and with people who really know what they are talking about. The showroom is big and well lit, so you can really get a good feel for what you are buying. Megan was amazing in helping us pick out items. She gives great advice and was on top of our order every step of the way!
