Naomi was patient and helpful when I wanted to have a bracelet designed for my daughter. The gentleman designer was also very knowledgeable and talented. I love this store for purchasing jewelry and having old pieces repaired. Exemplary in every way.

Simply Unique did an amazing job resizing my wedding rings. They were able to add two sizes without a single accent diamond popping out. My rings sat in a safety deposit box for years. Now I am in love with them all over again. Thank you!

After 43 years of marriage my rings needed a facelift . After consulting with Tim and the staff I was well on my way to the ring I had envisioned. The careful consideration of my finger size and placement of diamonds let me know I had come to the right jewelers. To my delight my ring was ready for pickup earlier than stated. I can’t wait to have more of my jewelry reinvented at Simply Unique.

Simply AMAZING!!
We are beyond grateful to Tim and the entire staff at Simply Unique Jewelry Designs for restoring our daughter-in-law-to-be's engagement ring after it took a nasty fall into the garbage disposal (and yes; the disposal was running...)
Our son took the sink and disposal apart and retrieved the mangled ring, as well as the side baguette diamonds. But alas, the center stone continued its journey somewhere out into the city water system.
We took the ring to Tim at Simply Unique Jewelery Designs, with little hope that it could be fixed. We are SO glad we did! The ring was not only restored, but made more beautiful and solid than it was originally, and at a very fair price!

We had a custom engagement and wedding band made here and they’re perfect! I had a family stone to put in a custom ring, and they designed and made exactly what I wanted. They communicated frequently to show me the design, were straightforward with the (very fair) estimate, and finished the work quickly. The rings are so comfortable to wear and the sizing is excellent. I loved hearing the story of their business from Tim, too. It’s clear they are passionate and honest people, in addition to being excellent jewelers.

My wedding ring was stolen. I was married in 1977 in Seattle and although I knew I couldn't replace it with the same ring I wanted to find something as close as possible. They managed to find an amazingly similar ring from one of their suppliers. They antiqued it so by the time they were finished it was as close as anything I could imagine to my original. Great service for a good price.

I picked up a ring today that Alex made for me. It’s so beautiful and he is very talented and patient. The ring I wanted was difficult to make but he nailed it. Also the staff could not be any nicer. My friends and I all love Simply Unique!

From having them design and build my wife’s 2 carat, 50th anniversary ring, to appraisals, resizing, and repairing my jewelry. Brought in a beloved puzzle ring in need of repair from years of daily use that had broken in a few spots. They had an extremely fair price to fix it and even had it done 2 days early. I had my wedding set resized at this jewelry store. It is a solitaire with a wrap wedding band, the band has baguettes all around. They did a fantastic job and they did it fast, I had my rings back the same day. They checked all the stones and the setting to be sure everything was in good condition in addition to cleaning my rings up. My rings looked as good/or better than they did when I got them 30 years ago. The staff here is amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. It was a nice change to feel valued as a customer, as it doesn't seem to happen very often these days. I sincerely appreciated a small business that provides superior customer service versus a chain/franchise that has employees representing their business that are not invested in the business and are just there for a paycheck. Unfortunately I think we have all experienced that type of situation as consumers. I'm not saying that everyone is that way, there are some employees that value their jobs. The customer service experience I had here compared to the "big box" jewelry store at the mall was shockingly different. I now know exactly where I need to go for any of my jewelry and watch needs. I highly recommend this jewelry store based upon my experience here and I will definitely be returning.
