Shortly after my original post, my order arrived at my doorstep. It's what I ordered and at a good price, so it gets 5 stars. It was also fast shipping, but since I never got an order confirmation or a shipping notice, I didn't know the status of my order until it arrived. Sound Approach needs to work on that part of the ordering process.

Customer service was great. The product came as expected. My only complaint is that 4 or 5 days went by without any information about the status of my order. I called and found out that it was drop-shipped from the manufacturer. Just think customers should at least know it would take 4-5 days before shipping happens.

For multiple weeks I have been calling for an update on my order and have been told white speakers are not currently available, which is fine. But each time I was promised a call back or an email and each time that call or email never came. I have had to call myself. Last week I was told a shipment was coming in and would have an answer by the end of the week. Again, nothing-- no call or anything.Needless to say, I will never put in another order with Soundapproach and will ensure other don't as well.

Careful with these guys. They advertise their 30 return policy if you’re not satisfied but They charge a 20% “restocking fee” on returns (I lost $100 on a $500 purchase) Yes it states that in their return policy if you read the fine print, but it’s still pretty sleazy. I’d buy from someone else unless your 100% sure you’re keeping.
