Store is close to our home, staff are friendly and helpful, love being able to drop off returns without a label or box…but if you need those items, the staff is ready to assist!

I will never use this store again. I came in to return an Amazon package. The package was very large and I couldn't stuff the items back in 1 box so I had two boxes for 1 order.The young man looked confused and just stood there, so the young lady which I forgot her name but is Caucasian and short was very helpful in assisting me with putting the 2 boxes on top of each other and taping them together. The young guy just stood behind the counter. I pretty much taped the boxes up myself but was charged $10 for a few straps of tape. Such a money hungry store to charge me$10 for tape. I could have purchased a full roll for $10. I will not return. Stop overcharging customers for miscellaneous items.

Well initially having some issues with the store the problem ended up being something that wasn't really their fault. The employees and the managers did their best job to resolve this quickly without issues on our end they've definitely bought some loyalty for me for handling this in such a gracious manner

I came in this afternoon to ship multiple packages and I was greeted friendly by all of the employees and everyone was very nice!! Kirsten assisted me and was SO kind, efficient, and patient! She made my experience very pleasant so I will definitely choose to come back to this UPS store!

Wish I had looked at my receipt! Lesson learned, to my surprise the package I sent out was on my desk the following morning. Why? Because the clerk used the shipping from address as the ship to address. Now I have delayed my shipment by any day.
