This is a nice facility. I like it. This message is to the tall brunette lady who washed two “aggressive” (her warning) St. Bernards today. It is expected and common courtesy to clean the sinks you use after washing your dogs. The trash can was full of their hair so you obviously brushed them too. But it took me a good while to clean the huge amount of your dogs’ hair out of the sink and drain to make the sink useable. You must have used the hair dryer too, as this dark brown hair was clinging to the wall beside the dryer.
Really? I bet you can do better.

I drove a hr for the dog wash and they closed it a hour earlier than they are supposed to due to one employee leaving early.

Tonight I had to refill my propane tank. The young gentleman who filled it for me was nothing but a gentleman. He was curious and professional, it always gives me hope when the younger generation are so polite and professional. First class young man.Thank you

It's alright. Other TSC locations (Williamsburg, Smithfield) keep more stock and have more variety. This one is just closest.

Worst TSC I’ve dealt with in 5 states. Inventory is constantly wrong, duck feed is never stocked to the shelves, and most associates look away from the customers. Definitely needs new management and selling practices.
Called the number, not very useful. Will never spend a nickel here again.

I have been coming here since the place opened up and really enjoy coming here i buy everything here from tools, cloths, dog food & supplies, trash bags, cleaning supplies, paint thinner, water hoses, nuts and bolts. A little bit of everything for my business and home but one think that really gets old is the people out front selling stuff or asking for donations. I am not against people hustling for their small business in the local area or against charities I actually donate but when I can but when ya come here quite often on a weekly basis sometimes a daily basis like I do and having to get hounded by the people at the door gets old, especially when it's the same people you have to walk by to go in the store then to come out the store then to take your cart back that's 3x total Sometimes it makes me feel some type of way that I can't help or because I just donated the day/week before The only person that I've never had this happen with the lady that sells the honey she's really respectful The other people you see them on a regular basis and they're still asking you the same thing every single time I don't know. I just wouldn't want that if this was my business. Sometimes I will go to ace if there is a pile of people waiting by the door just cause it's been a long day and I don't want to talk or to be rude. y'all have plenty of parking lot maybe put the people somewhere else. Idk just my 2 cents

Be prepared to be turned away because they closed. My husband went in a minute or so before me and they denied me but let him in. It was not time for closing and the lady at the register just looked at me and said we’re closed. Make sure you get there at LEAST 15 minutes before they close so you can actually get what you need. And not be turned away

I walked into the store and the cashier immediately asked if I needed help with anything when she saw me heading back out a couple moments later. I told her that I was actually going to get a cart; but I needed birdseed and would not be able to lift the bag into the cart or into my van. She replied “we can help you with that”. I went back to the seed and within two minutes a very friendly gentleman walked up, loaded the bag and pushed the cart to the register where he proceeded to ring me up and give my dog a treat. He then pushed the cart to the van and loaded the seed. Everyone was extremely pleasant. I had open heart surgery Christmas Eve and I am unable to lift more than a few pounds. I will tell everyone about the exemplary service I received at Tractor Supply of Yorktown.

It’s really inconvenient that they don’t post the times that they’re going to close the dog wash for cleaning. They closed down before 7:00 which is unfortunate since I work until 6:00.

Customer Service was great. Scott (tall) was very friendly and very helpful. I came to get 3 bottles of propane filled. He checked the tanks to make sure they were okay by the date and was very safe in filling them. We had a great conversation, which is rare these days about his job, he is part of the freight team, so he has to unload trucks with heavy bags. I told him to be careful with his back and how he lifts. Speaking from experience, because I have a herniated disc in my lower back and neck. Anyways, he was great and even offered to load them in my truck. As he left me, he went straight over to help another customer unload her propane bottles to fill them. Scott is just a genuine, nice guy who likes his job and helping others. Thanks again, Scott.

Where you expect your delivery trucks to pull up and back into the dock, should be clean and clear for them to be able to use. Store your crap and trash in the car parking lot.
