came here early last week to do amazon returns. two girls named kazariah and jordan worked together to bag my items and take care of me very quickly, and they were both very polite and helpful!

Overall, it's pretty standard for a UPS store. The staff is generally friendly and you can get in and out pretty fast.

I have brought larges boxes here for shipping by having g my own shipping label ready it makes the acceptance and processing much faster, one beep from their scanner and I am done.

I specifically come to this location because I always have a phenomenal experience. All the ladies are extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. They are the definition of excellent customer service. They are all beautiful and well put together, you can tell they take their time getting ready in the morning and their attitudes also reflect that. I live this location because I'm in and I'm out- no problem at all. Package gets to sender and all i had to do was pay my tiny fee. I would definitely recommend this location.

Alison the assistant manager has assembled a team of polite, professional and welcoming team members. This location in a great location near freeways and main highways and their prices, including their PO Boxes are priced below the competition. What a great establishment!

I have always encountered pleasant and helpful employees. I have used their pack & ship many times. Packages have always arrived in perfect condition and on time. We just had severe weather in the south & Midwest, and I thought my package would be delayed, but they got it there on time!
