I go here at least once a week for various shipping (amazon returns, shipping packages for customers). They are always efficient, friendly, and get you in and out quickly. They always seem patient with others and I think this location is a model other UPS stores should follow.

HUGE Shout out to Patricia! I have been in midst of Twilight Zone legal hell for far too long. I got to UPS just before 5. We had a couple challenges and I was a wreck. Despite Patricia was scheduled to leave at 6, she did not abandon me and stayed with me until after 8pm. She was calming and reassuring all would be well and we were staying put until all 14 packages of over 3400 pages were handled efficiently. She did exactly that with a kind, calming and confident demeanor. One consistent Recipient always -- every single time -- try to manipulate the delivery and everytime, UPS is able to re-route and deliver the same day despite recipients #@$$#! efforts. Another recipient dodged/denied prior USPS manipulated musical addresses -- yet with investigations, proved he DID in fact have them -- UPS prompt delivery provided NO opportunity for his #@$$#!, abc and xyz, time-consuming and unsuccessful games. Priceless! I am very grateful and appreciative for the level of service provided! Thank you!

Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Service ExperienceUPS Store Customer Service,I hope this review finds you well, though I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent service I received at your UPS store. My experience has left me utterly dissatisfied, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention.I recently sent a package to my brother using your UPS store services. The same box was utilized by my brother when sending another package back to me. To our dismay, he received email notifications informing him that the package was on its way back to my brother.The most alarming aspect of this situation is the lack of proactive communication from your store. Neither my brother nor I received a phone call to address the issue or seek clarification on the mix-up. Instead, we were left to decipher the situation based on automated email messages.Upon reaching out to the UPS store to inquire about the status of the package, the customer service representative I spoke with displayed a shocking level of rudeness and indifference. The lady on the phone provided minimal information, coldly confirming that the package had been sent back and abruptly ending the call without offering any assistance or attempting to resolve the issue.This level of customer service is entirely unacceptable. In situations like this, a simple phone call to either the sender or receiver could have resolved the matter efficiently, preventing unnecessary inconveniences and potential misunderstandings. I could have easily picked up the package from the store.I strongly urge you to investigate this incident, address the lack of communication protocols, and ensure that your customer service representatives adopt a more courteous and helpful approach when dealing with customers. It is disheartening to see such a disregard for customer satisfaction, and I hope steps will be taken to rectify these shortcomings.I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.Sincerely,James Clark

Edited: Updating previous review of some concerns with an employee’s attitude and level of customer service provided on my most recent visit.While I was initially ready to give up on this location, the response of the owner to my first review was prompt, and from speaking with her on the phone also sincere. Additionally, the employee who answered the phone when I called back was extremely polite and professional.Everyone has bad days, and I don’t believe that one weak moment defines the level of care that a location can provide.Looking forward to giving them another chance and will update review in future!

Printed label from home and the code was a little faint and could not be read, so I had to pay $2.79 for the store to print out. NEVER in a million years will I ever go to this location or use UPS if I can help it. Just not good business to charge ridiculous fees. Once again....got me once, but not again.

Hours listed on the door say 9:30 am for opening time. Would very nice to update your Google info for those of us who drive a bit and don't have time to waste let alone waste gas.

Today I walked in and was out within 2 minutes . The two minority ladies at the counter both spoke. Both smiled greatly. The store was also clean.

People who are working there are really very very helpful and polite . There are wrong reviews of this place so that’s why it made me write a true review .They didn’t. Charge for me to keep tape on the box . I asked to change the box and can charge me but the young honest boy said no need I will fix with tape . All employees are very cooperative and welcoming . And it was very quick and easy process for everything .I went second time and found wonderful easy friendly environment. Love this place for great employees .

Very rude staff. Do not go here. If you have to ship UPS, go to the Todd location in Hampton. Staff there are polite and professional.
