Had a package that was supposed to be delivered today that got transferred over to here instead, despite the location being closed. Now I'm stuck having to wait until Monday for it to get delivered.
Update: It's Monday and instead of delivering my package like they were supposed to, they claimed that the address was wrong and that the package was undeliverable, despite it being a small package that can easily fit in a mailbox or just be left at the front door. Absolutely atrocious and unacceptable deliver service. Avoid using them for any package deliveries if you can!

My grandson has learned about our postal service and how mail is processed from this location. It’s the perfect small, quaint, historic location with a great postal clerk.

Very disappointed at how rude the staff person was to me. It was close to 1 and I guess I interrupted preparations for lunch. The transaction was brusque with a lot of loud sighs and the "guard rail" was lowered before I could even walk to the counter to put away the receipt. I won't be back to this location, ever!

The lady who works here is very rude and has been multiple times I have visited. This is the 2nd time I have posted this. The first review was deleted and not by me. I have no idea where these other reviews, that say all positive things, are coming from. The lady is rude and needs a 180 degree about face in customer service skills.

I love this little post office! Everyone that works here has always been incredibly friendly, helpful, and pleasant. They're also kind enough to hold my packages and it's always a quick trip. I drive across the bridge just to use this post office.

I only go to the Yorktown post office: The Lady KNOWS what the cost of mailing letters are; international, she is always a great deal of help and very nice! the hours are not long enough but you get in and out so quickly, I make it a point to fit my time to their hours.

To convey absolute rudeness in the space of 3 seconds is remarkably difficult, but the Yorktown Post Office worker who answered the phone today managed it. Kudos to her.
