Unprofessional, unreliable staff. Constant problems with communication. You call one day and some tells you something. Next day, a whole different story. Medicine is frequently out of stock. Overall, keeps getting worse and worse. The pharmacist Jeff is a condescending jerk.

This is one of the worst pharmacies. I have been going to this place for about five years and really didn't have to much of a problem until pharmacist jeff went off on me. The worst most rude unprofessional person I have delt with and I'm in Healthcare. If I would have talked to a patient the way he talked to me I would have been fired. I have filed two complaints against him and obviously no one cares because he's still at it. I actually hung up on him the last time because I didn't have the time to fight with him. I didn't know if my prescription was ready and didn't find out until I called to complain after I got off of work. Now I have to transfer all my medicine to another pharmacy because of this guy who should never work in customer service ever! I'm sure he will be find and he doesn't have to deal with me again. Big win Walgreens!!

Horrible pharmacy. You rely on these “professionals” for your health. Never have your medication and don’t seem to have an urgency to get it, 4 days of waiting and being told it would be ready. Received plenty of attitude, and still no medication.

We had covid 2nd shot appointment scheduled, but when we came there at out time, pharmacy was just closed. No notice or call just nothing. Absolutely terrible

Pharmacists and counter folk very curt and cold. Appointments don’t really mean anything here. Show up early and plan on staying way past your appointment.

Horrible. Called at 4 said my perscription would be ready in 20 minutes. Ok I could get there until 6pm to pick it up but apparently it was "locked up" and no one could get it. Kinda ridiculous. Glad my daughter can start her meds when she needs to. Terrible service!!! This isn't the first time I've gotten screwed on my daughter's medicine.

Horrible! Hours on the prerecorded line say pharmacy is open until 9pm M-F. Had a prescription called in for our 3 yo with an ear infection and they close at 5. Ridiculous way to put families in a miserable bind.
