Went through drive thru for the first time and they gave me my medicine and said “hold on a second”, shut the window and wouldn’t give me my debit card back… we pressed the call button and there was no response either. Been waiting for 15 minutes. I checked my bank and they charged me and everything. So why won’t they give me my card back…

This is absolutely the WORST Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Corporate needs to shut this place down immediately. From the cops always being there because the constant stealing to the absolutely horrible customer service. They get rid of decent workers and leave the bad ones to handle customers.

This has to be the absolute worst Walgreens anywhere! They are constantly making mistakes and justify their poor service by stating at least we are not as bad as Walmart!

They deserve zero stars. The pharmacy messed up an epipen prescription, I spent nearly one hour trying to get through to them. After eventually reaching someone who was able to get me through to the pharmacy, I spoke with John who said he was the pharmacy manager. I tried explaining that only one set of epipens were provided when I ordered 2 sets. He argued with me that the 2 single epipens in the one box were 2 sets. I explained that two sets were 4 single epipens. Then he became even more abrasive and laughed at me when I asked for his full name so a complaint could be lodged. What horrible customer service. John, you have no regard for people and should not be in a customer facing environment.

A year and a half of issues with their computer system. I have talked to the techs, the pharmacist, the 800 number, and even their internal tech support. I have emailed corporate. No one local wants to call tech support, which is what tech support told me needed to happen. I was just told that my issue is "one prescription in hundreds" and they don't see an issue or "I'm not going to argue with you" when I tell them there are problems with their system that need to be handled locally. Submitting for refill online does not work, even if prior authorization was processed days before. Alert messages are not being sent. Auto refills are not processing. The system is suppsoed to automatically convert 90 day prescription to 30 day and does not. Filling auto refills that have been cancelled. If you spend 20 mins on hold you will get dropped at 130 when they go on lunch. Somehow worse than CVS.

We walked in and the cashier ignored us as we waited in at the register no one was in line it was not busy at all and he finally walked up and asked us "what?" My mom asked him to put cash on her chime card and he said ok. We were counting our money and he said UNFORTUNATLEY I NEED THE MONEY and i wltold him im counting it PLEASE DO NOT RUSH ME. Gave him the cash and NOW HE HAS AN ATTITUDE AND SLAMMING THINGS AROUND. We go shop and come back now we waited patiently and after he helped a customer he turned his back on us and ignored us and the other employee was staring at me but never spoke to us. A customer comes up and she walks away and he was just unprofessional too.
