To make an appointment for a vaccination, you have to download the walgreen’s app. You cannot call the pharmacy nor can you turn up in person to make the appointment - as I was informed by a pharmacy staff member at the counter. So I sat down in the waiting area, downloaded the app and selected an appointment date and time - which was that very same day, just 45 minutes later. I had to check in online and complete a medical questionnaire. I got to the end of the questionnaire and the app froze. There was no time to start again, so I went up to the counter. The staff member said my checkIn was not complete (what a surprise) and asked me to check my email - why I don’t know. Eventually, she reluctantly agreed to do it on her computer for me which meant going through the whole medical questionnaire again. I then sat down to wait. I was then called to the counter and handed some forms to complete - the same medical questionnaire again! An hour later I finally had my vaccination done. What speedy service with such reliance on the latest technology and a poor customer attitude.

This Walgreens location is fantastic. It's clean and well-organized, the restrooms are clean, and it's easy to find things. The pharmacy can be a bit of a wait, but that's normal for most pharmacies.The staff is GREAT. During my visit today, Innocencia was super helpful, and took the time to show me how to use the Walgreens app for coupons while I was checking out!Also, don't overlook Walgreens for holiday items (especially Halloween costume accessories and makeup, candy, and Christmas stocking stuffers). They often have great sales before and after the holidays.

If I could give no stars, I would. This location is the worse. Every time I go to pick up my medication it isn’t ready and needs to be ordered, even though they have had the prescription for days. Anytime I try to call and see if it’s ready, someone picks up and places you on hold without saying anything, then you sit there and sit being placed on hold. They never answer the phone or say anything. And it’s not like it’s because they are busy or anything. Have walked in many times and it’s empty, even have seen them place calls on hold to just continue chatting amongst each other. The attitudes with each employee is horrible. As if it’s an inconvenience for them to do their jobs.Due to the types of medications I take and not being able to miss a dose I have since changed my meds to the victory location across from Walmart. Even though this location is extremely busy, they still manage to get my medication ready when they tell me it would, and always have a smile. They truly care about their jobs and patients. Will never change locations again.

They are terrible in the pharmacy. You stand there and they ignore you for 15 minutes. Didn't used to be this way. Have changed to another pharmacy that cares. SAD!

The manager or supervisor was telling the clerk how to take passport photos totally wrong. Made me tuck my hair behind my ears and she put the camera right in my face resulting in an unnatural and uncomfortable looking photo. She was also rather rude. I went to another Walgreens where the guy took the picture and cropped it so it looked better. Don't go here fir a passport photo.

If you have a dad running up to your door with a desperate look on his face at 9:55 and you close at 10:00 don’t lock the door and then shrug as if to say oh well. I understand how long a day the manager had. Years ago I was a manager for a different Walgreens. But that should NEVER happen. There’s a reason more people are going to CVS now. I won’t be coming back.

I love everyone I. Here but the head manager Mike. On two occasions I've watched him talk down to associated in front of customers and to ask him for help from a customer he acts likes it below him! You all need to fix this! Not a healthy environment for these amazing workers. Put that man in the back! How uncomfortable. Respond and I'll call. I'm not just some disgruntled customer...I'm here all the time!

Very bad experience at the pharmacy. The lady was extremely rude. Kept me waiting for 40 min to get the vaccine and when I asked her how much longer, she said if I can’t wait I can leave. There are plenty of reviews here that are bad but doesn’t seem like the management really cares.They can’t blame everything that is happening because they are short staffed. From what I saw, the staffs were inefficient. They had attitude and behaved like they were doing us a favor. The lady also called a guy first who came after me and he was done in no time. She doesn’t deserve to be where she is right now. But staffs like these get support from managers and not an action. That is why there is no improvement in their customer service or any apologies from the manager.

Waited over an hour for my vaccine and the guy doing them would take two people back to back every 30-35 minutes and then would have no one back there during that time. I will not get my second dose from here or anything else for that matter

This is by far the worst service of any pharmacy I've dealt with in my life. I've been put on hold 4 times with no response in over 30 minutes each time. Everytime I go to their pharmacy I'm greeted with nothing but attitude as if I'm interrupting them from something much more serious than what I've got going on. I refuse to throw money away to a pharmacy that could care less about customers.
