Very clean Wal-Mart. Even the greeter were super friendly! A very nice change from my home Wal-Mart. This place should have employee training videos filmed at this location because the friendliness was top notch. It's very refreshing.

Easy access to Pharmacy, goods and foods. The staff is kind and helpful but hard to find. Shopped here for14 years.Smiles

Best checkout process in the area—unless it’s the holidays, this location’s self checkout area is more efficient with plenty of space and have multiple lanes open. I prefer the layout and find a wider selection of products at the Yorktown Wal-Mart. Typically cleaner and more tidy than most Wal-Mart stores in our area.

The power went out when I arrived at 703 am this morning. They said they didn't know when the power would be back on. I called from home at 9 am , and the power was back on. I came back.

What ever happened to the mint chocolate ice cream cones? Walmart was the only place that used to carry them, but not this year!!!

Much cleaner and more organized than the Newport News location a few minutes away. Did not have issues with the freshness of the groceries
