“Everyone I spoke with in the auto service department was professional, friendly, polite and efficient. I had 4 new tires put on and was on my way pretty quickly. I made my appointment about a week in advance because my tires were purchased online and were shipped. It looked like that were pretty well staffed that day. I mention that because, just like anywhere else, if you have to wait keep in mind that people don't always show up for work on time or at all. This is everywhere. If you see empty bays and only 2 people most likely those 2 people have been doing their jobs and covering for the other 4 no shows. If they take a moment to breathe that's not being lazy. They are human. They are working on cars. Checking people in/out, answering phones,cleaning, etc. No, I do not personally know anyone that works here nor am I related to anyone here. This was my 1st time having tires installed here and these are just my observations.”
“I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed my experience here. My car would not pass inspection due to the door handle missing. The station recommended two companies. Only paint perfection called me back and boy I’m I glad! I had an appointment for an estimate with Jeremy. After he checked around the door handle was out of stock and no ETA for them. He then proceeded to tell me he thinks he might be able to repair it. Well 10 minutes later he said “ it’s all fix” I was like wow! Best of all he wouldn’t take any money for fixing it. I don’t know what I would have done if he hadn’t taken the time to help me. I can’t recommend them enough and the feeling of gratitude I feel every time I think of how he helped me is beyond words! “When shopping for auto parts, I generally go to Advance for my needs. Howeve, this was the best experience I have had with Advance Auto. I am from out of town and was driving through Gordonsville on my way to my parents when the light for my alternator came on. Scott was able to help me diagnose that my alternator was bad and it needed to be replaced. He hooked me up with a mobile mechanic who replaced the alternator in the parking lot as well as stayed past his shift to make sure my family and I were taken care of and helped replaced the alternator.
