O'Reilly Auto Parts

Auto Parts, Battery Stores
Hours: O'Reilly Auto Parts in Zion Crossroads is an absolutely amazing place that carries the parts, tools, and accessories customers need. The store offers many free services, including battery testing, wiper blade and bulb installation, and a free Loaner Tool program. They always have parts in stock or can get them quickly, sometimes from another location within a couple of hours. The staff is professional, kind, and provides excellent customer service. Their knowledge about the job is exceptional, and they give excellent advice on parts. They are ready to help customers with any project, helping them get back on the road and saving them money. One reviewer noted the staff was also very caring in a specific situation. While getting the right part the first time isn't always as easy, the service is generally praised. Some concerns were mentioned about potential understaffing on weekends, which could affect wait times during serious customer load, especially compared to other auto parts stores that can be a nightmare to wait in. The suggestion was made for a separate counter for quick purchases to avoid delays from longer transactions.
